Lene' and company here at Big O, are SUPER AMAZING!!! I had a screw in my tire, and only waited about 15 minutes for them to repair it. Jeff did the work, and I am so grateful for these people taking great care of me when I was "on the go" with my delivery job in my car. I have been taking my cars to BIG O at 4695 Peoria St for oil changes and new tires for several years now and nothing but Excellent customer service in my experience and they are very quick in performing services. Next time you go in for your vehicle service needs, talk to Lene who is one of the store managers. She will take care of you!

I have encountered a staff member named Jesus on my visit here to get my vehicle serviced. Jesus was very helpful and kind during my visit. Jesus was the same way with each customer who walked in during their visit.

I stopped in because my low tire pressure light came on so that I could get my tires checked. They were very nice and provided quick service. Thank you for the great customer service. The man told me that he just wanted everyone to be safe on the road. I will definitely return and recommend to others because of the great customer service.

Jesus is very professional and accommodating. He took my information then the keys and 15 minutes later the car was done plenty of people here ahead of me but a very simple fix. He pushed me up to the front. I’ll come back for all my tire needs.

Lene was super helpful the second I walked into the store. They were able to fix my flat tire (and check all my other tires as well) and quickly get me back on the road.

Went there because I had a flat tire and couldn’t figure out why it was flat. It ended up being a hairline fracture in the rim. Rory was very professional and polite. Thank you Rory!
