I brought my car in to big o tires Pecos with no appointment as I felt that there was something real bad happing with my car come to find out that my rear brakes where 100% worn out the caliper piston popped out the caliper itself the pads where missing this was a very bad problem but then I was helped by Joshua new berry the store manager witch was very great and honest I was concerned about what the cost was going to be but then again Joshua was to the rescue and got me into Acima witch saved the day and holidays season thank you Joshua and staff at big o Pecos you are the best and I will tell everyone to come here and I’ll go no where else…

Black Friday morning, I discovered my tire had three nails in it. I called Big O Tires on 75th and Pecos, I spoke to Joshua who told me he could get my tire repaired right away. Upon arrival Joshua and Jason both provided me with great customer service. They helped me get my tire repaired quickly and back on the road! Thank you both for your great customer service! I strongly recommend this Big O Tires!

I had a great experience with the store manager Joshua. I unexpectedly got a huge rod stuck in my tire and he was able to fit me in for a drop in appointment and get me out of there really quickly so it didn't take up too much time of my busy morning. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and I'll definitely come back to this location in the future.

They did an okay job, but they charge $250 an hour for labor. That is absurd. Plenty of other local mechanics to go to. Mistake on my part for going here.

only place i'd recommend!! the staff is super friendly (like SUPER SUPER nice and awesome) and it's really easy to schedule an appointment! i always come here for my oil, tire rotation, etc. they also did a fantastic job recharging my a/c! i love this location and wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

Muy mal servicio la verdad,desde que compre mi carro,siempre lo lleve a este taller para hacer mis chequeos y cambios de aceite,me hicieron un diagnóstico por el cual pagué para mis llantas y dijeron que todo bien,al cabo de dos semanas me marcó ABS y ahora llamo para preguntar que que paso,pues acababa de checarlo y no me dijeron nada,y me dice que si había un problema,no me lo dijeron en el momento, si no que hasta dos semanas después y cobrándome 160 solo por checar otra vez,cuando ya había pagado y no me dijeron nada,creen que uno recoge del suelo el dinero, son unos estafadores,pensé que era un buen taller,pero la verdad es que no

My check engine light came on and after getting it checked at Autozone, I decided to call here to get a quote on the fix. They said that I would have to bring it in to confirm that the diagnosis was correct. The owner Jason said he wouldn’t charge me if the test came back the same as the error message, which was catalytic converter. Now due to CO new environmental regulations, the prices have skyrocketed for these parts, which they explained and I understood. My quote came back $6k and even though the diagnosis came back the exact same as the error from Autozone, Jason said he would “give me half off” even though he told me he wouldn’t charge me if they matched….. He said would credit the $80 to repair process if I decided to come back. I decided to get a second opinion and the next mechanic asked me to try to put high octane gas in my car since my car was older as a solution instead of jumping to the 6k solution. As soon I put a different gas in, the check engine light came right off. Mostly likely won’t be returning after this experience as it feels not authentic doing business and just in it for the $$.
