I came into big O tires because I had a screw in my back tire and was concerned that I would get a flat and being that it was a rental car. I called and Felix was very professional and friendly and courteous and helped me get back on the road. I also want to thank the technician Victor Macias for a job well done! We were traveling from out of state and needed repairs done in a tight timeframe. Felix was great and got us parts and repairs in time for us to get to our concert. We’re also able to contact our shop back home and warranty some of the parts to reduce the cost. Many thanks!! Highly recommend!

This is the best tire spot I’ve used- all time! Felix (store manager) is the man. He is super friendly and easy to work with. He went above and beyond in servicing my van tires. It just felt like a nice, honest situation and I walked away feeling like my van got what it needed and I felt very taken care of (without being oversold). I highly recommend this specific Big O tires.

They will try to take advantage of you at this location. I’ve taken my car to other big o locations and have had great experiences. This location not so much. They quoted me over 2k to fix. When I took it to another shop they said all that work was not necessary and quoted me a much cheaper price with much less that needed work. Shops like this is why as a female I don’t trust taking my car in alone.

DO NOT GO HERE. work is shotty. Don’t tell you when your vehicle is done. Will keep it extra days. Had the same issue fixed four times and had to threaten corporate getting involved before I was offered a percentage of a refund. And it’s still not fixed.

Ive been to a lot of Big o but hands down they are best in the business especially the manager shows how people should get treated.
