Had a wonderful experience at Big O in Gillette! Ryan was super knowledgeable and friendly, all around great guy. He helped us with the enterprise fleet services and got us into a great all terrain tire. Great siping and much better traction than what we working with. We will be bringing our other fleet vehicles back to this location and will be working with Ryan again here soon!

In the past, I have consistently had positive experiences with Big O Tires. However, my recent interaction with the Gillette location was quite the opposite. When I called to inquire about purchasing winter tires for my truck, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to assist. I asked for a recommendation on suitable tires, but instead of helping, he instructed me to go outside, check the tire size myself, and call back with the correct information. He mentioned he was with another customer and couldn’t assist me at the moment. I found it confusing and frustrating that he answered the phone if he was unable to help and couldn’t look up my truck’s tire size in the system—a task I can easily do on websites like Tire Rack. Unfortunately, this individual’s poor customer service has led me to take my business elsewhere.

Geez went in for two tire plugs. 8:15 am. Always looked forward to seeing Ryan Always felt he really cared about his job. Not so much anymore. He left me sitting waiting for 2 hr and 35 min . When I asked about my vehicle they said oh we tried to call you. No I was sitting in the waiting room and no call. It had been done for almost an hour and no one said a word. Just sad.

I had an emergency that needed taken care of and needed to leave town same day. Ended up needing a little more work done than I thought. Ryan and the team at Big O in Gillette got me taken care of and on the road in just a few hours! I can’t say enough about how awesome the service here is! Thank you!!

This location in Gillette can't balance tires worth a darn. The first time the weights came off, 2nd time same thing. They didn't clean the inner wheel and put the weights on the old adhesive, how lazy can they be. Had to take it elsewhere.

Was in a bind and they got me in on the one day I was in town. I felt they were honest and transparent in their assessment of my car’s needs and not just out to get the dollar. I will come back to Gillette, specifically to Big O, to have more work done.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable, kind, and informative of vehicles. As well as current deals and prices. The facility is always clean and well made. A great place to relax while waiting for whatever work needs to be done. Also, I would say it's wonderful owning their tires on my own vehicle. Free flat repair and they even completely replaced one of my tires that was destroyed. Very greatful for that because at that time I had been out of work for over 2 months. So, finding out I didn't have to pay a dime. Helped so much in an already stressful situation. I would highly recommend trying their service for yourself and you'll see what I mean.

If you are buying shocks and struts for a late model vehicle, I haven't found a better price. If you do in Gillette, please let me know. 4 stars because you will have to pack your patience with you.

The gentleman at here were super helpful. They lent me an airtank to air up my tire when I couldn't get the tire off my car a day after having surgery. The manager listened to what my issue was and came up with a solution that worked out amazingly for me. And the price of a tire repair is so cheap. I will be bringing my cars here for all my tire needs from here on out. They earned a loyal customer with their excellent customer service.

Update: they are also actually honest people. Don’t try to get you to buy things you won’t need and make you feel unwelcome like midas. Was pretty sure car just needed an alignment and that was the case and even if it was to need parts they were extremely confident in having them and being able to get them. Seriously go here. Very friendly professional and courteous staff. Easy to make an appointment also.

We needed to get our tires rotated and balanced while we were in town for the weekend. Greeted with a smile and very helpful as soon as we walked in. They got it done pretty quickly we walked to eat breakfast up the street came back and it was almost done. Very fair price we will come back if we need anything done

Went to get a wheel and tire package, had been referred here… I was not dissatisfied with the service and timely manner in which it was done. David helped me pick out what I couldn’t decide on. Appreciate him and the gentleman in the back for making the process seamless and quick. Would recommend you catch David when he’s in!
