Terrible customer service… started 4 years ago they did coolant flush for my ford and they left air in the hoses my ford got overheated, I called them they said they are sorry and they can’t do anything. Couple years ago I dropped off my BMW and they told me problems on my car and it was totally wrong. I had to take the dealership and correct everything. Also they couldn’t rotate the tires well , my tires were worn unevenly. Today They told me be there at 7.20 to drop off my keys and They made me wait 20 minutes and didn’t take my keys. They don’t know what they are doing and they don’t know what they say their customers.

Avoid this Big O at all costs! Go anywhere else in Jackson or drive to Idaho Falls… that’s how bad they are! Never had a single issue with my vehicle until I took it here. Picked my car up and 150 miles later I was broken down on the side of the Wyoming highway in the middle of nowhere. The mechanics here cracked my oil filter housing while doing a simple oil change and the shop has refused to take responsibility. They claimed to have video evidence but refuse to send it and back up their claims. Additionally they charged me for work I didn’t ask for. Please go anywhere else. The owners and manager,JD, do not care about the customers or conducting fair business. They will absolutely scam you if they think they can get away with it.

If you want to take in your vehicle 3 different times, get charged roughly $300 dollars, have it returned to you and still have issues only for the staff to tell you after your 3rd visit that its actually not an issue related to tires or alignment and have all this mansplained to you then this is the tire shop for you. Also watched the staff member back my truck hitch into the car parked behind as I was going to pick it up.... Update as of 10/08- I took my truck back to my trusted mechanic who specializes in Toyota trucks, who informed me that there are no issues with my tie rods. They re-balanced my wheels and this solved the vibration issue, it appears some of the small magnetic weights came off, an issue I'm familiar with and communicated to the service rep at Big O to check for. This should have been an EASY fix at a place like Big O but they totally blew it. Yes, they did refund me for the alignment, which feels appropriate since that wasn't the issue in the end. Won't be going back here even for routine tire maintenance items to have my time wasted and be spoken down to, I'd recommend you do the same and take your business elsewhere.

My experience at Big O was fantastic. Called about a flat tire and they were able to get me in immediately and even provided a loaner vehicle. Super convenient and very friendly staff. Would recommend over again

Avoid this location if at all possible. Caught a chunk of steel inside Teton NP and destroyed a tire and it needed replaced. I was told that since the tire was at 5/32’s tread left and my vehicle is full time 4 wheel drive they would have to sell me 4 tires or none at all. They did not check the other 3 tires as we dropped the damaged one off. We did not purchase 4 new tires at this location. 3 days and hundreds of miles we ended up at Discount in Idaho and all 4 tires were found to have 8/32’s tread not the 5/32’s Big O quoted. If the tires were truly at 5/32’s I could understand Big O erring on the side of caution from a mechanical standpoint but they lied and purposely mis-lead me to get a big sale.

Driving in from Canada. I had a blowout and needed a new set of tires. I checked a couple other shops but Big O Tires had the most affordable solution. They got me in right away and changed my tires very fast and got me back on the road again. Literally no wait. Which actually saved me some time to enjoy the rest of the day. These guys really did me a solid ! Reasonable price, great people, and fast service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Problem after Problem I visited Big O Tires for a routine tire rotation and spent time in the waiting room while also receiving a quote for tires on another vehicle. After waiting an hour and a half, I was informed that my tires didn’t need rotation, but instead, I was pushed to purchase new tires—which my current tires clearly don’t need. They refused to rotate the tires, resulting in a complete waste of my time. A month ago, I brought in a different vehicle, mentioning that it was shaking while driving. The staff insisted I needed an alignment, which I agreed to. After the alignment, the shaking persisted, so I called back, only to be told I didn’t need an alignment at all—what I actually needed was a tire balancing. They blamed the mistake on a new employee who misdiagnosed the issue. Despite the balancing, the problem still wasn’t resolved. When I called again, I was informed that they couldn’t fix the issue and wasn’t offered any form of refund for the unnecessary services I had already paid for. As a customer of 9 years, this experience was very disappointing, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, including the purchase of tires for my other vehicle.

Sept. 2024 My front brakes had gotten hot coming down over the pass. I asked them to change, or at least inspect the brake pads. First, I was told they could not get to me for 30 to 45 minutes. It was well over an hour. Then they finally looked at the pads and said I needed new pads. Which I really did not as they were in good condition. But I decided since they had gotten hot, I would change them. But they said they do not change just pads, the policy was to change the whole disk. Now those pads looked fine to me, as did the disks. I have been changing out pads for 35 years. I have been a metal inspector for 30 years. So when they told me how bad my pads and disks looked, I knew better. They were gas lighting me. The tech and I were standing near the truck and he told me how hot the disk was. I touched it and it was barely warmer than ambient. And that tire was in the sun over an hour while I waited for them. I was traveling and was told the parts would only be about 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later they were still not there. I was told again any minute. In normal times, the disks would have been checked for wear and warpage. None of that was done. There was obviously no wear. And maybe they do not have the skills to check for warpage. In hind sight, I would have pulled off the tires and inspected my breaks myself. I am 72 years and I did not feel like it. And we were traveling. But given the $1300 I had to pay for nothing I needed, I wish I would have. I bet that shop makes a lot of money. Technical skill, in my opinion, is sorely lacking. That and customer service

We were stranded in Jackson, 1800 miles from home, when our campervan had issues. Big O was recommended and I cannot say enough about the service we received. They worked tirelessly to get us back on the road, including searching for hours for a part that was very difficult to find. They stayed in touch with us and loaned us a vehicle to get around in so that we weren't left sitting in their shop. JD and Paul were great to work with, knowledgable and determined to get us home safely. I can't say enough good things about them.

Came in with a small brake leak they took a look at it right before closing and tightened everything g up and checked fluids. Very accomidating on our trip. Tech Paul was super friendly and got us on our way in 5min.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I took my 2021 GMC Sierra w/ 50,000 miles in for them to inspect a squeak coming from the rear end. They told me I needed all new breaks and rotors ($1300). They said there was “dusting” on the rotors caused from pulling heavy trailers and breaking hard down Teton Pass. I never drive over Teton pass and I have never pulled a trailer with this truck. I got a second opinion at Deckers Auto Care. The experienced mechanics at Deckers informed me my rotors and breaks looked BRAND new and the squeak was coming from my rear suspension, but was nothing to be of concern yet, just to keep an eye on it. Big O employees are inexperienced and complete crooks. I would NOT get any work done at Big O, they are a complete scam

Stopped by while passing thru town to check out a couple issues with the handling of our truck. It was drifting to the left with a slight shutter in the rear. Since the cause(s) wasn't obvious, JD (manager) recommended a couple of simple things to help isolate the problem. Step one revealed the issue and within minutes we had a solution. We invested the morning to get the issue resolved. But upon departure, it felt like we were driving a brand new truck again.

Caught a nail in my tire on Sunday and desperate to have the flat fixed ASAP on Monday because I was driving my relatives to Yellowstone for their first ever visit. Nervous about finding anyone to help last minute because it is prime summer tourist season. Checked with dealer first but they couldn't fit me in until late that afternoon. So I took my tow-truck driver's recommendation to contact JD at Big O Tires. I am very grateful I did because they were able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning and fix my flat quickly and at a super reasonable price! JD, the manager, is friendly, funny, and runs a great store. And his staff are kind and very competent. Thank you guys for getting me on the road quickly and helping me make some lasting memories with my family!

Stopped in and to inquire if a tech could give my tires a once over before a long road trip and the manager immediately asked me to pull the car into a bay. Within seconds two techs were working on on my car free of charge. Checked tire pressure, topped off fluids and, on my way. I took my tire that kept going flat here and they claimed it was only the valve stem and charged me 34$. It went flat again so I took it to another tire place and they didn’t and was told they didn’t even put a new valve stem on and they cleaned the bead of the tire which was causing the leak. Horrible place to get your tire repaired. Thanks for stealing my money and not fixing the problem!!

These guys are amazing. I have a large fleet of vehicles I use these guys for everything. They’ve always taken such good care of me. They damaged my rim. I took a tire to get patched about a month ago and they fixed it but they scratched the outer edge of it, they offered to pay for it to get resurfaced but said it would take about 3 weeks and that either i would have to drive on a spare wheel or drive another car for the time being. I shouldn't have to be doing any of that. I called them again and asked if they had a spare rim that i could use the guy said he was going to make some calls and call me back but he never did they didn't even have time to mount it back on my car which would've only taken them 5 minutes. And now they say sometimes its impossible to remove a tire without damaging a rim but when i brought it in to get it looked at you said you had no idea how that couldve happened

Went to Big O Tires in Jackson and The manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, friendly staff, they handled my brakes with ease and the manager showed us the bad parts and explained what was being done throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Big o Jackson to anyone who wants superior customer service, I read some of the reviews and disagree with each and everyone of them.

Worst customer service ever by the "manager". Long story short needed four tires the new guy was doing great, unfortunately the manger whom was training stepped in and started talking down to me and suggested I go somewhere else when I asked him not to talk to me that way. So I said I would gladly go somewhere else. When who his supervisor was he stated it wasn't any of my business. I will drive on the spare 🍩 anywhere but back to Big O in Jackson wyoming!
