Zero complaints. Made an appt for an oil change, was done right at an hour. The manager seemed very friendly and happy to work there. I had a coupon and they got me discounted and on my way!

BigO Tires in Liberty is hands down my fave place to go for everything tires and anything mechanical! They all are MASTER MECHANICS at Liberty and that speaks!!

I have been to this location several times and have had great experiences! Getting my new tires was so much quicker than I expected and very reasonably priced. Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional, especially Ryan. Would highly recommend!

Came in from out of town and urgently needed new tires. The store didn’t have them but managed to track down what we needed and went out of their way to pick them up so we could be on our way. Thank you for the incredible service!!

Jake has really got this location in ship shape. I used to come here and stopped due to issues. Went to the Tiffany springs location where Jake was manager and just had stellar service for a long time until he left to go back to the liberty location. So I went back there after he left. People really do make the difference! Thanks Jake!

My experience at this specific location was phenomenal. I was greeted with smiles and great customer service (which you don't see very often). I trusted that my car was in good hands and what needed to be done was done right. I loved that the service was fast and efficient! Great job, Big O Tires!

Managed to get me in just before a winter storm to get work done. Lucas up front and all the mechanics are incredible. Prices are very fair. Everything I dont want to do myself, I bring here.
