Mike and the team at Big O Tires in Gladstone are amazing! I was in the area and called to get a flat repaired last minute and they got me scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. I was there less than an hour which isn’t bad for squeezing someone in. Highly recommend this location, they are genuine, efficient, and courteous to everyone who walks in the door. This also isn’t the first time they’ve helped me out in a bind. Thank you Mike and the team for helping out when my procrastination got the best of me!

The first encounter with the red-haired employee was terrible. His attitude, consideration, and professionalism need immediate attention. After my tire situation was handled, I spoke with a Hispanic man, and he was perfect! He was eager to assist me with payment and installation of my new tire. He was also polite and professional. The encounter with the last service professional is the only reason I gave 3 stars and not 1. Thank you for your help, sir.

I really appreciate the team at this location. Even during a busy time they were still able to work me into their schedule. I have always had a good experience when I've visited this location. This last visit I called and got a hold of Sean Harvey who was able to work me in at the last minute. I had a long road trip and was hoping to not have to worry about my tire going flat on that trip. Thank you to Sean! Also while I was in the waiting area a woman came in that was looking for Discount Tire and they were able to work her in as well. She was very thankful as she was telling me that Discount Tire was attempting to sale her something other than what she was looking for. Mike helped her out and she seemed very grateful that they were able to work her in like they did me at the last minute at closing time. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication to your customers. We are very grateful for your kindness and hard work. These guys constantly go above and beyond!

Lazy, “if I don’t look up, then I don’t have to help you” mentality. Sean is very rude. As he was at the entrance of the bay when I pulled in, he did not acknowledge me and pretended to do things in the office once I completely pulled in. He literally sprinted into the office once I pulled in. After waiting 3+ minutes I said excuse me and Sean could finally see. He came to my car and was rude and I asked him should I leave then he got his attitude together. Not my first experience with attitude from him. If you dislike your job, please get a different one. As customers, we deserve a pleasant experience!

Update: Still a grateful and loyal customer after my visit today. Mike is so great to work with and a kind human being as well. Update: Had another good experience here getting a slow-leak fixed, which was easy and fast. Sam and Steven were very helpful and fun to work with. Thanks again for the great service - am very glad I found this shop! Previous Review: Can't say enough good things about this shop...prices are fair and reasonable and the staff is friendly, honest, and provides OUTSTANDING customer service. Special shout out to Mike, who is always so great to work with!

I've been coming here for years and honestly have no interest in going anywhere else. Mike the store manager is amazing to deal with, always displays FANTASTIC customer service, always honest with you and works to give you the best quality work for the most reasonable price. I’ve purchased a few sets of tires from here for different vehicles. Great service. Prices are high (everywhere is high), but slightly cheaper than Discount Tire. I really appreciate that they do alignments here.

I got off work and found a nail in my tire. I rushed to the shop. Unfortunately I got there 30 minutes before they were to close. They did an amazing job and was able to squeeze me in and fix it for me. Thank you guys for the great service!!!

Do not bring your car for anything but tires but I wouldn't even do that again. The type of shop people warn you about.... Took my car there to fix a cheap repair and two tires... Then my cheap repair, I honestly could have done myself turned into an over 600 dollar bill.... Just tired were 120.... Charged me 90 for bolts I didn't need another 100 for a alignment I didn't need 0r ask for then tell me I need to do another 600 in repairs to pass inspection after charging me 230 labor for a 20 minute repair.... Took it too another shop becuz I knew something was fishy... My mother got a repair that turned into 4 other repairs then didn't pass her inspection.... So she takes it to a cheaper more reliable shop to fix everything listed.... Then literally was only driven to the other shop and repaired and brought right back and now a whole new list of things even though they just did the inspection.... Idk if they thought she was stupid becuz she's a woman or because they're so used to doing it that it usually works.... Then when she asked to speak to the manager was rude to her and didn't care to help... Been debating calling corporate because of my experience but definitely am after this.... STAY AWAY!!!!! I like giving people the benefit of doubt but they're scammers! Idk if they get bonuses because of it but they are not trustworthy or truthful! Don't put the safety of you and your loved ones in their hands!

Purchased 2 tires. They said it was ready and I go to leave and they had only installed 1 tire after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. Had to wait another 45 minutes for second tire to be installed. Charged me 12 dollars for 2 valve stems that they didn't even replace. Valve stems had a slow leak when I took it to them and still had a slow leak after they supposedly installed new ones. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Always take my vehicles up here and send my family and friends there. all the managers are good people who always make time for me to get my car in the shop even though my schedule is hectic and get me taken care of and haven’t let me down yet. Mike has helped me diagnose and take care of any issues with mine and my girls cars.

Apparently appointments mean nothing with this place, tire instalation, oil change - doesn't matter. It's gonna take an hour and a half to 2 hours, regardless. C'mon guys, you can do better.

They were well-staffed, but still slammed when I pulled up with a flat today. The manager said he'd get it looked at that afternoon, even though it was clearly a busy time. The tire tech, whose name I did not catch, walked across the parking lot with a heavy portable air machine, so that I wouldn't damage my rim driving it into the garage. The tire was a Big O tire that had been patched elsewhere, poorly, and the patch was leaking. Big O gave us a better patch, free of charge, and told me how much pressure was in each tire before I left. This was a company car, but I will be getting my next set of tires at Big O.

What to give a shout out to Steve and his crew at Big O Tire…Had a tire blow out on 169 and made it to their location…they didn’t have the same tire to replace mine and it couldn’t be patched..they put on my spare and didn’t charge me a dime…Steve was professional and his customer service was excellent…I don’t see that very often…I’ll refer this place to anyone…and when I need new tires, I know where I’m going…Great job Steve!!
