This location used to be great but has since gone downhill. Last time I came in to get an oil change and tire patch/ rotation, they charged me without fixing the patch or rotating the tires. It also took them 3 hours to do the oil change. Came back in for them to fix their mistake only for them to say they wouldn't patch it because it was too close to the sidewall, but would now rotate the tires. Whole thing felt very dishonest.

Made a 1pm appointment a month ago. 2 pm my car was still not pulled into the garage. Had to leave. Tried again today. Called first. Said come on in. Arrived. Was told 30 minutes giving me plenty of time to get to a very important vet appointment for my dog. 90 minutes later still sitting here, had to reschedule the appointment which is very frustrating and worrisome. Then 90 minutes and $250 later they replaced the one tire but didn’t bother with best practice in airing the other 3. Thanks. So further delayed now. Not coming back here again.

Made an appointment for 11, been waiting 3 hours and counting for a short simple job, mounting 2 tires. In what world does this take that long? It shouldn’t because it should take between 30 mins to 1 hour. There have been people that have arrived well after me and left well before me, while I’ve been waiting for much longer. I should’ve been home a while ago now but instead my day is being wasted since i’ve been rotting in this chair for hours. I should be the one getting paid, not me paying this place. I could’ve gone to walmart and paid 1/3 of the price and been out of there hours ago.

Michael and the rest of the team did a great job! I was passing through KC the day before Thanksgiving and had some issues with my truck. Michael and the guys bent over backwards to get me in the shop and back on the road in no time. Top notch service. Thanks again!

This Big-O location (Martin City) is not out for the customer. I had my car aligned at the Big-O in Waldo and it needed a small adjustment. I live in south KC right next to Martin City. I call this Big-O and explained the situation and they said I could go to any Big-O within 20 miles. We made an appointment for 4 days later because they were "full". I showed up at 7am. Regardless of what I was told on the phone, that I could go to any Big-O within 20 miles of them, they told me that they would not do the adjustment because a different Big-O did that alignment and I would have to go back to them. That Big-O location is not trustable and a waste of time and money. I will never go there or spend money there. I went back to the Waldo shop and they quickly took care of a customer and were honest.

Brought my truck in 9months ago for a knock in my transmission. They said they could diagnose for me. Ended up saying I needed new ball joints and upper and lower control arms. A month later my transmission knock was still there. Local transmission shop fixed with a simple fluid flush. The work on my ball joints and control arms (10k miles later) is now grinding. Having to pay another mechanic to fix the work big o did that i likely didn’t need in the first place. Unacceptable - zero stars

I unfortunately had a blow out tire today. Between getting my car towed by AAA and getting over to Big O Tires which wasn't even .5 miles away, I was completely done and driving my car again in about 1.5 hrs and that included getting lunch! Thanks to the guys at this location, everything went as smooth as buttah!!! Highly recommend!

Staff here was absolutely rude. Had an appointment that they said they could do and then we get there and they say it won’t fit on the racks for Allignment. We ask him to measure it and he says he doesn’t have time so we measure it from the outside of the building (which it fits perfectly fine) and then he decides to raise his voice at us and gets a huge attitude. Do not go here if you wanna be treated poorly. Would give this 0 starts if I could

Had an issue with a tire sensor not working properly. Was in and out within 10 minutes with the sensors recalibrated and working properly! This really helped us out a ton! Thank you for the amazing quick service!

I've been to a couple locations and at both had bad experience. Took my car to one to get a simple safety inspection. A mechanic comes to me angle pick in hand and says "I couldn't make it leak but I made it seep. I can fix that for you for $2000." Now I do have a full on leak because he destroyed my gaskets. Second time they tried to update me a control arm. Never again. Lesson learned.

I've been doing business with Big O Tires For The Last 5 Years and I give them a big a man I recommend anybody and everybody to take their vehicle up to them on Stateline Road because Glenn is fair and he's honest about what is wrong with your vehicle if it needs any repairs and the prices are reasonable Pastor Prince

Went in for an oil change and everything seemed fine. Once I paid and got my keys, I went to my vehicle and noticed the drivers side view mirror was pushed in towards the door. When I went to push it out, I noticed a crack in the part below the mirror. I went back into the store and told the clerk and I asked for him to come look at it. After viewing it, he went back in and asked for me to talk to the manager, which I did - he inspected it and without knowing I could hear him, told the clerk that the crack was there when I brought the car in. He then told me it didn’t happen during the service there - only problem was that I had just washed my side view mirrors the afternoon prior and there was no crack. The manager told me he would review the cameras inside the work bay and call me back. It’s been 5 weeks and I’m still waiting for a call. I’ve tried reaching the manager three separate times, to no avail. Would not recommend.

We had a pinch flat right nearby and had to pick up our children at school literally 40 minutes later, and they were able to first check to see if it was repairable. It was not because I drove it to far being flat and messed up the inside structure. They were able to get a new tire on and immediately, and the price was very competitive. Will be coming back for any tire needs.
