Great customer service. They go the extra mile when need my cars serviced. Tonio is always professional and gives good advice about maintenance of my vehicles. Just recently he explained the codes when my engine light came on.

Had an appointment at 7:30 AM on a Saturday. Showed up on time and went to the waiting room. They didn’t even get my car into the shop until 8:30. Came in for a slow leak hoping to get a patch, but they told me that because of where the slit was that it couldn’t be patched. Because I have an AWD vehicle they told me I would need a whole new set of tires. I wanted a second opinion from another shop, who proceeded to patch the tire with no issues. Absolutely do not recommend Big O - they don’t honor appointment times and try to upsell unnecessarily.

I had a situation this morning that was a crisis, and I was in a panic. My truck overheated, and I was driving towards the Big O because I work near there. I had my 2 dogs in my truck, and I didn't really want to pull over and call roadside. It was really cold and the heater wouldn't work. As I was on the phone with them, the truck started dinging and giving me a message of overheating. Rachel stayed on the phone with me the whole time. She told me to pull over and turn it off long enough to cool down, then try to get a little closer. Each time it worked. I put my flashers on and ran some lights only after looking for other cars. It was scary, but she helped me be calmer. I finally got to the shop. The guys repaired my truck. Actually saving me money. And everything was fine. I really appreciate her help today. It's hard to stay calm in a situation like that, but she took the time to help me. I normally don't use mechanics there, but I have always gotten my tires there. That will change now. Thank you, Rachel. You are my hero!

Kyle & Mike are the best!! No one tried to over sell me or treat me as if I didn’t know what I needed for my car. Everything was quick and easy and they made me feel very comfortable. They definitely earned a repeat customer, thank you guys!

The women at the front desk were very nice BUT the service took over 3 hours to get 4 new tires (after I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 mins) and it would have been longer for the alignment check (seems they only have one alignment service bay). THEN the company would not accept my debit / charge card because they said “they don’t work with my bank”!! I’ve used this bank card all over the country as well as overseas and have NEVER been told this story. Then their online payment tool via my phone didn’t work either!! The experience was wildly frustrating and time consuming (even with a scheduled appointment). I’ll never use them again.

Customer service was Great, store was clean & a nice waiting area with complimentary coffee. Employees were friendly, helpful, courteous, very informative & went the extra to help me with questions & couple other concerns. I recommend Big O Tires.🥰

Wonderful staff who were very accommodating! I showed up without an appointment to get a flat tire repair and they were able to squeeze me in right away, free of charge. I will definitely be coming back again for all my tire needs.

Had this location put on a new tire after dealing with a puncture and flat. They put the wrong tire on my car, which I had to point out to them. Waited another 30+ minutes for them to remove that tire and put the correct one on. Chalked it up to an inconvenient mistake and went about my life. A week or so later I notice a metallic rattling sound at low speeds. Thought it was a transmission issue and took my car to a shop to diagnose. The shop found a piece of Big O’s tire mounting machine had broken off inside my wheel during installation. Had to pay this shop for diagnosis and a new tire. Took this information back to Big O and they covered the cost of the repair from the other shop, which was the least they could do, but refused to refund their original tire and install. Everyone I dealt with at this location was very friendly, but also collectively made a mistake at every point in the process. Even took my phone number down wrong on the invoice. Would not return to this shop unless I had no other choice. *EDIT* Owner reached out (see their reply below) asking me to contact them via corporate website. I did that many weeks ago and even received a reference number for my complaint (588978) and no one from the store ever followed up with me.

If I could give them 10 stars I would ! Scheduled an alignment with Kyle. The minute I walked in he greeted and welcomed me with a smile. He was courteous and kind. He showed me where the customer waiting area was and told me about the ice cold water machine that was much needed on this 90+degree day. Kyle kept me posted as I comfortably waited. It seemed like no time and they were done. The reason for 10 stars is because the price they quoted me on the phone was the price I paid !!! NOTHING MORE. AND they didn’t find anything else I needed. What a pleasure to deal with good old fashioned honest people ! Thank you BIG O ! I’ve already recommended your location !
