I had the best experience at the location on Callahan Dr Shannon Burkhart the manager there was awesome and so helpful 😀 and took very good care of me and the staff there is very friendly. If you ever need tires this is the place to go and they also do everything else not just tires.

Big O'Tires has been my go-to oil change place for almost a decade now. The workers are so professional, polite, hard-working, and keep you in the loop with all of your car repairs. If you sign up for their emailing list or update your address, then they will send you amazing coupons for great discounts. Plus, their oil change includes tire rotation, fluid top off, PSI tire gauge check, as well as an oil change for a very reasonable price. May the Lord bless you and keep you.

Go and see Adam Morton he is excellent at customer service he taught me through everything save me some money those new tires very timely manner got a discount on an alignment he's a very good man a very good at what he does it's not because of the job it's just who he is I recommend Big O tires

Continually order the wrong parts and hold your vehicle for extra DAYS because of it. Can't do an alignment or ballance tires to save their lives. Self accountability is non-existant. Customer service is that of an India based IT service department. If anyone attempts to contact me regarding this review I will gladly make it a 1 star.

I had a flat going down the road and wasn't sure if I'd be able to get it fixed on a Saturday. But, the guys at Big O Tires fit me into their already busy schedule and had me back on the road in no time.

Well, it could have gone bad. My car seemed to be having some sort of electrical issue that affected the speedometer, gas gage, ABS system and more. They had my car 3 days shy of 4 weeks BUT…… Shawn the store manager, Adam, and Daniel were so good to keep me, updating me the entire step of the way and reassured me they would find the problem. In addition, they adjusted my final bill so that it would not break the bank. I can’t thank them enough for not giving up on my car. The dealership would have cost me at least twice what I paid. I would recommend them 100%! The car is running great!!!

I come in to get a oil change and a headlight for the front and a blinker for the back did not fit right and the man that I talked to said that were it shorted it kind of burned it and now they're saying it was already there so don't trust him I bought a two pack at lights put one in and supposed to give me back the other one they gave me a burn out the back and nobody could find where it went the new one back again third day hopefully they'll fix it

Had my brakes done here and the brake fluid all leaked out because they did not tighten the brake line down. I have found out that they have inexperienced people "learning" on people's crafts with NO supervision. Almost gotten an accident Which could've killed my wife or my 16-year-old son. Made a corporate complaint and still haven't received a phone call. Stay away from this place because the main mechanic that works here verified that they do not have train personnel working on peoples breaks and that he has worn them that this was going to happen. I have video of him admitting this. This company has ignored this lead mechanics advice about getting proper training for employees and to make sure that new employees are trained. Whoever made the decision to let a inexperienced person do brakes on my 16-year-old's car should be fired!

I am now changing my review to a one star after a five star originally. The fellow behind the counter was friendly and apologetic so thats the only good. Its a show there even if you have an appointment. The story is way to long to post good luck and you will see for yourself if you go there.

The finale! After the second set of worn tires (way too soon) due to saying they aligned my truck (but didn't) I had to take it to the dealer to fix it because it was so bad. My recommendation is take it to the Big-O at 1015 Old Cedar Bluff Rd, Knoxville, TN 37923 Preston will take good, professional, honest care of you!

I went to Big O to get a tire plugged/patched on my husbands Tacoma. They fixed the problem & had good customer service. But when the techs put the wheel on the mounting machine they gouged the inside of his wheel. Pretty pissed about it since the wheels are only about 6 months old.

I got four brand new tires at 3:30 on a Sunday. They fit me in and got me out of there a little after 5:00. I get a couple miles down the road and my left front tire goes flat. I tried to call them but since it's after hours no one answered. I had to have my car towed back to the shop. They looked at it the next day and told me it was my fault. I believe they rushed to get me out of there and didn't do the job right but I had to pay

Took my truck to have it fixed after a valet driver at Fort Sanders Hospital broke the steering trying to do a U turn supposedly. This store addressed some issues that the severville store didn't. For the most part, they did a great job. But for some reason, no one seems to know how to do an alignment properly. After 5 alignments 4 at Sevierville store 1 at this location And it's still off. So, I will be doing my own alignment and having someone else recheck it. Pictures are of the truck going straight down the road, but the wheel isn't straight. When I put it straight, the truck goes right. And of the damages from the valet drivers negligence. Besides the alignment This location did a great job in repairing my truck. Took 3.5 days but worth it.

WARNING ‼️ DO NOT GO HERE !! They will put your life in danger by not properly securing your tires & have no remorse for doing so! They replaced a new tire and DID NOT SCREW LUG NUTS ON SECURELY causing a HUGE DANGER to myself and the public! My car began driving very shaky and making loud noises indicating the tire installed by BIG O Tires had not been properly secured. Had to swiftly pull into a different tire shop next morning and my tire basically fell off bc it was so loose !!! I called and they did not care about the liability and huge risk they are causing to the public! I’ve had to call and follow up multiple times because they never return calls like they say they would, only to never receive a call back from the district manager who claims I had to wait a week for him to come back from a trip to review “camera footage” YET AGAIN NEVER CALLED ME BACK after I had been patiently waiting. This whole ordeal has been such a HUGE INCONVENIENCE & DISAPPOINTMENT because this company failed to do proper safety check & quality assurance. I’ve had no other choice but to leave a review .

Called friday March the 1st to make an appointment to have my work van repaired . The appointment was scheduled for March the 5th at 8:00 am. I was there at 7:30 and checked my van in at 8 am. The person I talked to Friday was not there and I talked to a female. She pulled my record and all it showed was needing tires, which I said yes I needed tires, an oil change, transmission flush and the brakes looked at. She wrote everything down and I left the van and ride with another tech from my company. At 10:08am I got a phone call that I couldn’t respond to until 12:05. I called and the female I that had checked me in explained that the tires that I wanted were not load rated for my van and we agreed on a different tire. Now at this point, our staff had approved the work with the incorrect tires. The new total was less than the original quote so they resubmitted the quote and waited on approval. At 2:10 pm I got a call from the gentleman I made the appointment with Friday and he explained that he had canceled the new tires because I said I wanted a specific brand, to which I explained that I had already talked to the female and she told me the tires would not work. So now he had to reorder and pick them up, apparently he could not communicate with his team members. So I get dropped off at 5pm and I find that they ordered a axle seal and it was wrong so the had to order another seal. I’m in the waiting room and I see an employee take a motorcycle out of the back of his truck and take it into the shop. Then at 5:30pm the female comes and explains that they were not going to be able to repair my van today, so I told them to put everything back together and I would take it to another shop. I learned at the end of this whole ordeal that the oil didn’t get changed, the transmission didn’t get flushed and that the brakes they ordered were wrong. Also on the invoice was a part that read that they were not able to finish the seal. So for 10 hours all that was done was 4 tires and an attempt to fix the rear axle seal and brakes. I will never go back to this establishment EVER! The company I work for is a big company with a lot of vans, I plan on talking with our fleet service advisor and tell him that we need to use someone else, National Tire up the road is who we normally use but they stay very busy, it looks like I’ll just have to wait until they can get my van in for repairs because this place will never get my business ever again. On a side note, I asked that the TPMS light be reset, it was not, so now I have to have that done as well.
