I called this location, since I live right around the corner from it, trying to get a quote on a new tire (with warranty). They said it was going to be $280+ for the tire plus the labor cost. I had a terrible experience the first time i went to this location so i decided to try a different location and went to the big o tires that's closer to my work for a quote there.. Rocksprings, They were great!! I paid less than $60 total including another 3 years of warranty. Brand new tire. This is the 2nd time this location tries to scam me (most likely because I'm a girl).. Even though i live 1 minute away, I Will NEVER return to this location again.. 1st incident i went in because I had some nails in my tire. I immediately was told that if it was 2 nails or more i HAD to purchase a whole new tire.. They said it can only be repaired/ patched if it is 1 single nail. 2 Nails and I'm going to need to buy a new tire He didn't know i had the warranty He went out to look at my car and saw 2 nails so was happy about having to charge me for a new tire.. Once i got to the register and told him i had the warranty and he pulled up my file.. Now all of a sudden, it is repairable.. He won't replace it although 2 seconds ago he swore he could not do anything with a tire that has 2 nails in it.. So when he thought i had to pay out of pocket, it couldn't be repaired but when he realized it was going to be covered, then all of a sudden it could repaired and not replaced.. Save yourself the time and money and go to a different location

I needed new tires on my 4runner. They had the exact tire I was looking for at a competitive price. They where able to get me in quickly and completed the install faster than expected. Very satisfied.

Big O tires the best customer service at fort Apache they got my Toyota tacoma in on time for service and I was completely satisfied with there services, thanks to Randy the store manager and thanks to Benny who always keep s my tacoma running smoothly!!!😎

I would like to thank Rich Knitowski and his team Randy, Greg and Brandon at the Ft. Apache Big O Tires of Vegas, . I pulled in late afternoon, I had 1 flat and 1 leaking tire on my Class C motorhome. It was just past 2:30 and it was 118 degrees outside. My rig would not fit inside so the guys work on it where it sat. The manager Rich was the first one under my rig and determined I needed 6 new tires to get me back to Mammoth Ca. I agreed completely!! He and his team jumped on it, “leading by example” Rich pulled the first two tires and the guys went to work. I was out of there in less than 3 hours and back on the road heading home. A big thanks to Rich and his professional team. They killed it in the heat and even saved me some money along the way. I will never use this location for any kind of work. Faulty repair, unprofessional and I don't appreciate being spoke over or hung up on. Spent over $2,000 and I don't trust the mechanic to repair my breaks for the second time. Going elsewhere.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars. I usually dont write reviews but my experience was so bad I had to share. This was the worst experience I've ever had a tire shop. They tried to overcharge for the tires, then were completely rude to myself and another customer. They have absolutely no customer service. I do not recommend this shop, there are many others not far from here. give your business to a more deserving shop where you wont feel like you're getting ripped off.

Big O tires should be voted “Top place for Women” to shop. Seth explained everything that was going on with my tire. He patched the tire and I even got my oil changed just because I trust them. It’s hard for women to deal with vehicle issues we don’t know who to trust or who is telling the truth about vehicle repairs. Every time I come here I am able to trust everything they say and not feel over charged or swindled. Thank you for always being consistently honest and helpful.

I’m overjoyed and thankful for the young men at this location Seth, Michael and Benny. I have been complaining about a specific issue for such a long time and not even Nissan took the time to truly investigate. I’ve asked for my car to be driven and this was the first place that actually drove my car and then did a true diagnostic to find out what was wrong. I’m so thankful to them for answering questions, explaining everything thoroughly and really providing WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left with completed service and an appointment to finish the work. Thank you because they listened to my concern and didn’t stop until they found out what was causing the issue. I can’t say THANK YOU ENOUGH. I am a customer for life at the South Fort Apache location. Thank you to an awesome, outstanding team who treated me like they would their mom, sister or daughter. They were patient, didn’t brush me off. Thanks Again.

Jim was very welcoming when I entered, I told him what I needed he got all the info he needed told me what i would pay, service was started and finish pretty quick. Benny completed the service he was also friendly. Was very happy leaving. Never felt pressured for more and I was extremely happy about that.

Yesterday, I went to this Big O location to get a last minute, oil change, tires rotation and a tire patch. The staff was so helpful and polite. Any questions that I had the manager answered and double checked my vehicle. I don't know about you all. But it has been so hard nowadays to find great customer service, I will be definitely going back and informing others to go! Thank you

Blew my tire out and called the south Apache big O just after it happened. I spoke with Seth who helped out so much. He looked up the warranty information and got the new tire covered. Seriously turned the day around. I called them just after I put on the spare, made it to the shop a little after noon and I was out of there before 1! Thanks Big-o! Seth and the team will take care of you.

I was in Vegas and need 2 tires for a Sprinter van. I assumed they put the correct tires on. 11 months later I was getting a air check at Americas Tire and they told me the tires were dangerous because they were far underrated for the weight of the van. I contacted Seth at Big O on Ft Apache who seemed polite and turned it over to his GM. THE GM NEVER CONTACTED ME. I contacted my local Big O in Irvine and spoke with Miguel 3 times. HE NEVER REPLIED BACK AND BLEW ME OFF. I will be removing the tires, return them to Big O in Irvine and file a credit card dispute. If that does not work I will pursue Big O in Small Claims Court.

Selecting the right tire is a complicated equation. Budget, size use or climate, etc. my man hiked me up with the exactly right tire for what I was looking for in my budget and got them on quick. Great work on this one.

Seth at BigO was the best. Last minute on a Sunday he saved me before a long 7 hour drive home. Blew out a tire on my Ram 3500 and he was able to replace all four tires and do my brakes. The drive home was smooth and trouble free. I will be going to this exact shop again for tire replacement and any maintenance when in Vegas. Very sincere and trustworthy. Would recommend. 11/10
