DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP!!Absolutely the worst tire shop I have ever been to. I give them no stars as that is what they truly deserve. My car has narrower tires in front and wider in the rear. They mounted one narrow tire and one wide tire in front and did the same in the rear. This is extremely dangerous as the car is now unbalanced and in an emergency situation would react wildly. I discovered it after I arrived home. I went back and showed them and they were rude and did not apologize. I told them that as the wheels are also narrower up front vs rear, they need to not only move the tires but also make sure that the right tires were mounted on the correct wheels. They made me wait some 45 minutes and told me everything was fixed. I specifically asked them if they had checked that the tires were on the correct size wheels. They said yes, everything was good. When I arrived home, I decided to check. They had now mounted the 10” wheels on the left side of the car and the 11” wheels on the right side. Again, this is very dangerous in an emergency situation. I went back and told them what they had done and I was going to take my car to another shop to have the situation fixed. No apology again and when I asked them to refund the money for the tire mounting, they refused and were quite rude as well. AVOID THIS TIRE SHOP

Really disappointing experience. They need to spend more time training their staff on how to print invoices. I spent nearly an hour waiting for them. No one seemed to know what was going on.

The one on Charleston and indigo has a new kid named Brandon and he's great and fast and very nice period the guy Jason who runs this place is 1 of the nicest guys around and really tries to help you

***********Revised********** The worse customer service ever. I got my brakes done here and now my brakes are making a grinding noise the first day I got the car back. I paid for brand new brakes and it sounds like they put on used pads. Now they tell me they need to see if Maserati will cover the defective brakes they put on. They even told me the brakes came in warped and they grind them to try to make them smooth so they wouldn’t make noise. I am your customer, and you are Maserati's customer. Your company's stance is acting as if you are not responsible or accountable for installing defective parts on my vehicle. This is not a $20,000 car; it’s worth over $100,000. You are the one who accepted and installed the defective brakes from Maserati. We paid what you asked for new brakes, and those brakes made no noise before your company installed them. Now it sounds like the car has no pads, and it makes a loud grinding noise. I will take down my review once you resolve the issue. It’s ridiculous that you would suggest *we* need to wait for Maserati’s response. No, *you* need to order new brakes—that’s the cost of doing business—and you need to hold Maserati accountable for supplying faulty parts. If necessary, we are prepared to take legal action, though I hope it doesn’t come to that. But I will not accept defective parts on my vehicle. It’s not our responsibility to ensure the parts you install are of high quality. This is very poor customer service, by the way. ALWAYS TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE, YOU MAY PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT IT WILL BE CORRCT.

I’ve had a great experience at this place. I made an appointment and when I came in, Nick was very attentive and took care and move things to make my tire service prompt and perfect. Price was great compared to the others so was truly happy and will be back again when I need new tires.

Nick was exceptionally accommodating!! Pulled in Friday noon; “too busy today BUT, I can put down 11 am Saturday?” I said great (appreciate honesty, such that I did sit around all afternoon). Came in Saturday 11am; left car, he explained EXACTLY what he would do. Got text message car ready. Came in expecting a repair but no repair, check all 4 tires and said you’re good with NO CHARGE!!! very disappointed I used to give them my vehicles for maintenance and advise my friends to go to Big O, but today I found the employees not very friendly, I asked to do a Tire Balance because I got some little vibrations on my sterling wheel and they do it! the problem is after paid my invoice (+ 3% because Credit card ) I checked my all rims and the old glue was not removed (That's ok) and after driving it a little I mentioned the vibration was little less but over 45 miles /Hour was still vibration and I took a little video. I came back to the shop and I told them the issue, they said quickly maybe the car haves bad rims or Tires.! My all rims and tires are like new and I told them (did you see some bent on rims or something bad on my tires) and No answer, except No our fault, and the Tech is not available now! I will not coming back at this Location.

From the time I pulled in til the time I left, Nick was friendly, professional, provided all the information I needed and gave options in ways that I understood. He had a great sense of humor and was patient as I called my husband to verify things and showed no signs of irritation. He made the full experience a great one.

I had a nail in my tire and brought it in for a patch. The manager, Nick Greene, explained that the nail did not puncture the tire and that there was no charge. Great service and a super nice guy. Thanks big o tires!

Went into the store today for help with my tires, waited for someone to help me, after 10 minutes the I asked the guy behind the mirror window if I could get some help and he said I'll help you when I help you. Very poor customer service.

Oh boy! This place is simply the best when it comes down to service and honesty, special shout out to Nick, this guy will always find a way to save you money while giving you the best possible service. He truly cares about helping you and keeping you as apoyan customer, unlike most car shops where they are always finding ways to rip you off, this place is always honest and high quality.

********WORST TIRE SHOP YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR TO!!!!!!!!!!!****** PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!********* If I can give it 0 stars I would! I’ve only had my newly bought tire from BIG O TIRES on for 2 months and I’ve had my car break down on me TWICE because employees at BIG O TIRES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY PLACE A TIRE ON! The first time there was a missing tire valve that let out the air within the first week after placing the NEW TIRE I had bought with them! THE SECOND TIME I was driving on the free way and my tire flew out across the freeway onto the side of the exiting ramp !!! I WAS BLESSED THAT NO ONE GOT HURT NOR NO CAR WAS DAMAGED! It turned out THE LUG NUTZ WERE LOOSE !!!! And I tried to contact the manager MIKE to the Charleston location after the incident. He suggested I’d take it to them. Because my car wasn’t drivable and I had to get it towed because the bolts flew out with tire !!!! I asked him if he’d pay the towing service. He said No. NOW Why would I take it to them if they have employees that can’t properly place a tire?!?!? What I want is a reimbursement and towing fees to be paid to me so I can take it to a shop where they actually know what they are doing!!!!!!IVE HAD MISERABLE EXPERIENCES WITH MY CAR AFTER I TOOK IT TO BIG O TIRES ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!!!!!!!!!

As a rental car agency, we require quite a bit of work on the vehicles. Seems like every week I’m there at the Big O. They know how to make you comfortable and confident in their abilities. The quality of work is excellent and customer service is second to none. Would recommend this for anyone with car problems.

My 72 year old mother took her car in scared to drive on a flat tire. She didn't know any better and was charged $46. Never in my life have I heard of such a rip off. If we haven't got our tires repaired for free, we have NEVER paid more than $10. We will never give this business another dime. Shame on you!!

This place USE to have great service. About two years ago this ace went down hill in the service area. 4hours to fix a tire. They LOST my invoice that we punched 4new tires from them in 2022. So they were going to charge to fix the tire. Luckily I had my copy to prove this to them How do you not keep records of your customers? I will consider another place in the future that APPRECIATES their customers. Al

I used Big O Tires a few times for servicing my car at the Summerlin location. They are fantastic. They provide a good and professional service. Nick the manager is very focused in ensuring that every customer is taking care of. Nick is tenacious and a professional and he is running an "Excellent Ship" at Big O Tires. I totally recommend Big O Tires in Summerlin.

What do you do when your car fails the smog check and your registration is due? Go to BIG O TIRES on West Charleston. The team is great, from check in through check out. They are thorough, fast, and patient (as I am not really a car person). I can't imagine if it wasn't a failed smo check, but the car just breaking down, especially during this heatwave. Prices are good service is good till you have to pay. They don’t take digital cards apple pay or any kind of digital payment. If I didn’t have my card at the time I have no idea what would have happened. Should be told beforehand or at least a sign saying they don’t take anything but physical cards .
