New to town and needed tires. Found Big O super easy, right off the freeway. Walked in with no appointment and even though they were busy, they still managed to replace 2 tires and did an alignment in about an hour. Super happy with the service and prices. Thanks guys for taking care of us. I highly recommend Big O for all your auto needs. 👍🏻👍🏻

10/23/2....went to Big O tires this morning 7:45am to get a quote on Front Rotors/Brakes. Eric was right on giving me a quote and ask how soon did I want this done? I said - When you have an opening. Eric said -"how about 9am-today. I said, I'll be back at 9am....WOW....Came back at 9:00am. and was out of there at 9:57am...My brakes are amazing....Front Rotors were worn out, but Great Braking now....GREAT JOB to Eddie Alvarez the tech who completed the work. I am a senior and got a senior discount.....I'll always take my car here for future work. Thank YOU all so much. Barb Barela Also I want to mention it would be WISE to tell the customer upon signing the final paper work that if a CREDIT CARD is used other than Debit/BIG O/VIP card /cash - there will be a 3% surcharge. I did NOT read the fine print and if the Big O Staff had mentioned the surcharge; I would have gladly opened a Big O Credit. Card. thanks. Barb Barela

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took one of my Mercedes Benz here and it was treated horribly. I thought it’d be worth it since it’s closer to me than my mechanic of trust and it was a simple job. All I needed was a tire rotation and alignment. I left with the car the first time and my struts were collapsed/broken, literally touching my tires (pic attached) so I took the car back and after spending $2k one week after my brake pad is falling off (pic attached) the only reason it hasn’t is because it’s touching the rotor, but due to that it makes noise and smells like burnt and I can’t even fix it because I can’t take the bolts off due to how tight they put them on. I’m not even gonna bother calling them or taking the car back in because I’m scared they’re gonna break something else. And after all my car isn’t even aligned. Lol. HORRIBLE!

I took my car into Big O Tires for a valve cover replacement, and the service was excellent! Audrey was my sales rep, and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She had their main technician explain why the valve cover needed replacement and gave me a clear breakdown of the cost before any work started. The team did a fantastic job, and my engine is running much better now with no more oil leaks. I really appreciated how transparent and efficient everyone was. If you need honest, reliable service, definitely ask for Audrey—she’ll take great care of you!

Mike, one of the managers, very personable guy. They were very busy, but they got my issue handled rt away. And because I had bought my tires there, they handled it free of charge!! So many places don't understand why customers are loyal. Mike certainly does. Thank you!!

Brought my car in to have them fix my AC they inspected my vehicle and they told me I had to get my compressor replaced so I paid them 1500$ to do it, after a week my AC was still blowing hot air. I brought my car back only for them to say it’ll be another 1000$ to fix it. Absolutely disappointed with their service. If you need any big component replaced I wouldn’t come here.

I love Big O Tires on Centennial. I went there as car hesitating to start. I told them had warranty on battery. They check my car out and it was the battery. Starter and alternate good they said. I went and picked up car and they didn't charge me a dime. Thank you Big O for being honest and always helpful.

Had my AC compressor swapped because they said it was bad then it shot out on me after 3 months I took it back and they sent me to the rocksprings location who sat on my car for a week because they didn't want to fix another stores problem unless I paid them to do it, even though I'm under warranty. I took it back to centennial they swapped the compressor again and then told me that my evac hose was leaking and blamed it on me saying I must have bottomed out they are stating the replaced it the first time even though its not on my original invoice. So now they want to charge me 700$ to replace a simple hose and didn't fix my AC properly the first time. Very disappointed with my experience here wont ever give them business again and will be advising others to do the same. Very shady non transparent practices at both stores. My mechanic showed me my hose and told me it was deliberately damaged with a clean cut he said its impossible for that to happen by itself. Audrey and Eric are conniving and manipulative. I will also be going to the BBB like the other 1 star reviews.

I needed my tires rotated, so I came by this Big O. I had the pleasure of working with Jens to schedule and complete this process. All the staff at this Big O were very nice and helpful, but Jens really stood out- incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. 10/10 experience and I wish every auto shop was like this. If you need automotive help and can go to this Big O, do it for sure- best value I’ve found. Thanks again Jens!

Audrey is AMAZING! I highly recommend this place, and her, especially. We had a tire blowout, and brought the vehicle there in the middle of the night. By the time we arrived at the shop this morning, she had already had the tire on order and saw the other one was in bad shape and ordered that one as well - with no pressure for us to buy it. They checked the breaks, alignment, and even did an oil change. I feel so good knowing this vehicle is safe again. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Audrey & Eric took such good care of my daughter's car when we experienced tire damage from road debris on a long trip. They also found debris in another tire, saving us from a possible breakdown later that day. They are such nice people - if you need help with your tires, go see 'em!

I cam here 3 time for them to fix my ac just so they could fill it up without checking for a leak. Then charge me 170 dollars and lying to my face saying "it's the price for refrigerant and it's not under warranty" and after I pay give me a receipt that says the refrigerant was 59 dollars and 125 dollars for an Evac when it was supposedly empty. While traveling, I needed an emergency tire stem. I made it to this Big O Tires, and they took great care of us. I needed all new tires, and my shocks were shot (I already knew this). They gave me a great deal on my new tires and shocks and made sure we could get back on the road without a worry. Audrey is the manager and she bent over backwards to give us a great deal and make us feel comfortable and welcome. If I ever need tires again, I am coming here.

Do not trust Audrey (store manager) and her team at this location if you care at all about your vehicle or your safety!!!! Took my truck to this location to have some repairs done and get a full set of tires as well. Even though I could go on and on about all of the lies I was told by Audrey and staff, and botching of the repair job, etc, for now I will talk about the fact that Audrey DID NOT INFORM ME THAT MY BRAKES WERE BAD and THAT THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED!!!!! (Found that info only on an inspection form that I was given only after I demanded it!!! ) I have no clue why Audrey would keep that information from a fellow human much less a paying customer! Audrey clearly does not show care for her customers or the company she works for!!!!! According to a couple of other reviews, they do a great job finding nails in tires and topping off fluids but when it comes to safety and life saving issues like brakes or diagnosing any real problem- Audrey and crew are completely incompetent and negligent!!! I am grateful that I demanded to see the 22 point inspection form that was initially filled out on the day I came in for the estimate or I might not be here to write this warning to you. I will be sure to let every person I know and don’t know to avoid Audrey and this big o location bc any one that goes there is at risk. I guess anyone on the road with someone that did go there is also at risk!!!!Thanks Audrey for being that understanding woman that knows “how it is”.

I was moving from Northern Nevada to Texas, my water pump went out only a few hundred miles into the drive. I called Big O and asked if they could get me in on an emergency. They got my vehicle fixed same day so that I could get back on the road.

If you value your vehicle at all then do not take it to the Centennial location of Big O tires! Audrey, the manager is the most dishonest person you will ever meet! She will totally ignore what the mechanic says needs to be fixed and charge you for a bunch of stuff the mechanic didn’t say was wrong. To top it off she will neglect to tell you what the mechanic says does need to be fixed so you end up paying for services you don’t need instead of the ones you do need. After the continuous lies you will go to pick up your vehicle and it will drive worse than it ever has. When Audrey is questioned she will then tell you it’s nothing that they did so it must be because your vehicle is old. Not only does she hate the truth she’s also not a fan of taking responsibility. You will then have to call corporate and that’s where we’re at right now. Then your vehicle will have to be towed to a real mechanic so corporate can even make sense of what Audrey and crew did and didn’t do! It’s a fact that Audrey and her crew have the distinction of being the worst gamble you can take in Las Vegas! I would give a negative 100 stars if I could!
