Brought my white Cadillac XT6 in for an oil change. Guy at the counter was cool, quick and efficient. Service guys were David and Braxton. Very nice and really knowledgeable. Spoke to him about some transmission questions and they were fine with me watching the oil change. I brought my own oil which they said was no problem. Talked about my tires and ended up getting them rotated which was a great call. In and out in 30 min. A+++ job all around. Very competitive pricing. Don't sleep on this location. These guys are Solid!!

Came in for an oil change , I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They did my free inspection and found a leak I had no clue about and were honest that it was from a hose and nothing more. They are my goto shop now 100% Dj , Basil , and Braxton those guys are awesome!

Team was absolutely incredibly nice when coming in to drop off and picking up my car. Had them install an intake on my Mustang. Work was done in a timely manner and the price was exceptional! Will be back through when I need more work completed!

I went in because my car was leaking air from one of the valve stems. GST David fixed the problem in just a few minutes and even refused to charge for the valve core change. This is the second time this location helped me out immensely and I’m incredibly grateful. I recommend this over any other tire shop in the area!

My overall impression of this shop is they don’t really want to do their job. This Sunday I went in to get a repair done for a nail in my tire and was told “it’s gonna take hours” keep in mind there was only one lady in the lobby and maybe one car in the parking lot. Despite the “2 hour wait” I agreed to wait and shockingly they managed to pull my car back pretty quickly and to my utter shock they then claimed it couldn’t be repaired due to a nail in the side wall. So I just decided to take my car back and took it to DISCOUNT TIRE the following day and patched it up for FREE. I know each company has different specifications for what they consider sidewall but this was ridiculous. Got the feeling they were doing and saying anything to try and deter me from utilizing their services. Will not be going back to this big o tires.

Called for a quote on alignment, descent price. Made a appointment but when I showed up I was told the price was over a hundred dollars more. I won't ever go there again. That's how they do their customers. Very upsetting.

Came to this place to get air filters changed and left with the panel for my air bags knocked loose. They claim they can’t fix it. I will never come to this place again, do not spend money. They also tried to charge me nearly $200 to replace one of my car’s headlights, so they will definitely try to over charge you here…

I'm a little bit late with this review, but last Saturday Basil showed me excellent customer service with a tire repair. I had another issue with my tires that I purchased from this location. Multiple times I've had slow leaks or valve issues. But Basil checked all my tires, took them off one at a time and checked them in water to see if there were any issues. He did it so quickly and efficiently. He deserves 5 stars for his efforts, quick thinking, and his skills in quickly diagnosising the issue. I would it return here if it wasn't for him.

Service was friendly and time was reasonable. Pricing was very different than when I called and I was told I needed a coupon when I arrived. Outside of this I have no complaints. The work done seems to be done well.

The gentleman that helped me today was extremely kind and helpful. His customer service was amazing and he was eager to help! He fixed up my tire and made my day! I would highly recommend this place, they were fast and had wonderful customer service.

Place has always had an issue keeping staff. Been going there for 6 years now and it used to feel reliable. Keeps getting sketchier and more unprofessional. The staff was complaining about one another in front me. I inquired about my brakes, during a routine oil change, and they didn’t put anything on my invoice in regards to recommendations or quotes, but verbally told me very short and quick when I inquired at pick up ‘ oh yeah metal on metal need em done, it’ll be $1234.” Seems like that’d be work you’d put in recommended work area of the invoice … And my car reeked of weed when I got it back.. smh . Atleast be professional on paper if you’re about to blaze while working in my car.

Recently had an EPIC experience from Jonathan and Armani. I showed up 30 mins before they closed and was already having a challenging day, but they were both attentive and made sure I was ready to get back on the road safely. Super thankful for you guys!

Thank you for the quick service on my vehicle. Also great customer service when I come in. Johnathan the manager is always so positive and friendly when I am in the store. Pedro always knocks out my car with no reason to worry. I appreciate both these guys. I even followed them from their other location.

The staff is nice. I replaced all four tires. I was given two options for tires. There are no deals or promotions offered. I dropped my car off at 9 am. It was ready at 12:30. So pretty efficient timeline. They highly suggested a wheel balancing and alighment. It was more expensive then I expected. I think there is better value at other shops. They also charge 3% surcharge on credit cards. Which I thought was unusual. Definitely feel like I overpaid for what I received. I found better quotes after the fact.

dealership sold me a car with bad tires , they were very honest and nice. They showed me the conditions of the tires that were on my car and completed the tire replacement quickly ! Would recommend these guys!

Went in to get breaks and alignment checked and some air for tires. The crew seemed pretty nice at first, but when I didn't get the financing to pay for their ridiculously marked up brakes, they immediately flipped. The guy bringing my car around from the bay was shaking his head at me like i was some kind of disappointing child and they didn't even put air in the tires. This place only cares about their commissions and trying to wring money out of you. A second opinion on the brakes said they were still fine for at least 6 months and that I was getting ripped off completely. Absolutely won't be going back if this is how they operate their 'business'.
