Started coming here because they air up your tires for free. Then I needed tires. Then I needed some mechanical work down the line. Big O is a lot more than just tires and Jim makes sure everyone is taken care of. Will deff be back.

***Update After getting other work done on my vehicle somewhere else, there was damage discovered by the mechanic. There was a part broken off and glued back together during my oil change which I was never told about. This prompted me to call the location and eventually the area manager. I was asked to bring the vehicle in and they replaced the broken part and made me aware that they changed up things at the location and the mechanic that did all of this to my car was no longer there.*** Avoid this location! Go to the one on Azure instead. First, there were not clear signs on the business identifying the building, only 1 sign facing the main road (Rancho) although the entrance behind the store is a big traffic route and both sides of the building are highly visable. Missed opportunity there for sure. Second, they suggested so many additional services I had a hard time not feeling like I was being taken advantage of. They hit me with the "your tires are expired". Never in my life have I heard that. When that didn't work on me, they told me my tires had dry-rot. I just needed an oil change, not drop $2 grand! Finally, when I picked up my car, the windows were rolled down on a very windy day so the entire inside of my recently washed car was covered in dirt, the oil gauge was not reset and my hood was left ajar which I only realised upon arriving at home. Just terrible! Never again!!

I love going to this Big O Tires, they always take care of me. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jim the manager. I originally went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they also did a full inspection as well. Come to find out I had some issues going on with my car. Jim pointed out the most important issues that should be done that was originally quoted at 1400 which I could do because I have their credit card. When my car was ready Jim called in informed me that he saved me $600. When i got back he explained after reasessing the car that there was a different issue going on that was easily fixed. I am very appreciative of all the hard work of the manager and his team. I'll be back in January to get done the remainder of the work that needs to be done. Thanks again Jim 😊

Big O Tires did a great job fixing multiple issues on our car. They were able to get me in right away, no wait time, which was really helpful too. The car is running excellent now. Thank you Big O!

Got a tune up for my car and did not do it properly. Had to return after a week because my car started shaking when i step on my brakes. And they said it’s not their fault. They inspected my car and said it had a new issue. I went to Firestone and paid for a diagnostic inspection. They found out its all coil boots not properly installed and lubricated caused the rubber to melt. Big O Tires didn't take my complaint seriously after a reasonable time returning and i had to pay extra at Firestone for their mistake. Zenaida has bad customer service too. So disrespectful handling complaints.

I was under the impression that Big o Tires fixed nails and screws in a tire for free however to my surprise they charged me 31.00 to have a nail removed from my tire this is the last time I ever go to a Big o Tires store again

Unprofessional. Avoid. My family are long time Big O customers. I went in to get a new tire as I had picked up a screw. I was not greeted as I came in, I waited for five minutes before a female associate asked me what I wanted. I told her I was looking for one new tire. She asked for my keys, went outside and proceeded to look at the wrong car. When I pointed this out, she got snotty and said that two Chevy's being next to each other was confusing. I told her that if she had asked, I would've told her which car was mine. Once back at the counter, she told me that the cheapest tire they had was $69. She never mentioned an extra charge for installation or a warranty. I agreed to the $69 charge. As she was writing me up, I asked what they charged for a brake job. Without even asking me any questions, she said $450. I declined and stated I would just take the tire. She then told me that the total would be nearly $200, for ONE tire. I said that they charged $130 for installation? She said that was with installation plus warranty. I asked for the warranty to be removed, which only lowered the price to a little over $150. Again, I asked that they charged $80 for installation? She said yes. I grabbed my keys off of the counter and said "no thank you." To which she replied, "Whatever." As I walked out with my mom, I explained why we were leaving. She became incredulous when I told her that they quoted me a price for the brake job without even looking at my brakes. I got in my car, but my mother went back in. She went in to find the associate laughing at me. When my mom asked how they could quote a price without asking questions or looking at the car. She laughed and said, "She only wanted a tire." My mother, who was a one time Big O credit card holder, stated that they had lost our business, the associate kept laughing and said, "Okay." Putting your prices aside, to be so flippant to customers and laugh at them is beyond unprofessional. I will never shop at Big O again. That is not how you treat customers!

The staff at At Big O was great. Bryce and his team were great. I had a sensor on my vehicle that needed to be replaced. The vehicle was only a month from the time I had purchased it. I was able to bring it back to the place that I got it from and get it fixed. Thanks Big O. Honesty goes a long way

The place has good service but the cashier, who I presume was new didn't check my account for warranties. I just barely remembered to advise her. Then a week and a day after I got the nail in my tire repaired, it totally went flat. Not sure who to blame: poor workmanship at Big O or the jacked up roads in town.

Eric the manager is the GOAT. He goes above and beyond. Explains things clearly. And understands that tires , etc are expensive but will give you all the options and explain the pro’s and con’s.

I went in and I needed four tires I was quoted $500 plus some change when it was over I ended up spending $1,000. Well I am satisfied after seeing the new tires compared to the old tires. I noticed the sale lady was knowledgeable, considerate ,friendly. I am very satisfied. Thank you! 👍🏿

I went in on the 20th of February for oil change, upon inspection my car needed repairs. I was apprehensive, but Z the front desk cashier was awesome. Yes I spent just over $300. Best money ever spent. My 2000 Nissan Maxima gle @172000 Miles runs great. With all this, you need to spend money, to make money. Big o has my business.

Just don't take your vehicle here it's not worth it I've been a lifelong customer a big old tires it's the only place I go but this specific location is no good!! They cost more damage than they repaired and wouldn't own up to it you can blame a plastic bushing all you want but plastic against metal see where the fight is plus their mechanic should have caught it if he was a professional

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE Whilst waiting an hour for ONE new tire to be put on. I had witnessed TWO different customers come back in because the staff had messed up. If management does see this and feel obligated to reply.. don’t. The only good way to apologize to me and those you’ve screwed over would be a full refund.
