Got the wrong company. Had to wait for my brother’s to be finished when they had an emergency to take of and his place was moved down. By the time we would have gotten done it would have been too late to dine at a local restaurant that I’ve been dreaming for decades to go for my birthday dinner but spending an half an hour in the car during the heat. Made me not want to celebrate another birthday ever again. Always someone or something ( like this case) always ruins it so no more birthdays or birthday dinners(early) thank you ruining another one big o tires

Great shop. I've taken my '05 Corolla S here for everything from the struts and shocks to the rack and pinion and I've never been anything but satisfied with the work done. PS: Shoutout to Tim and the other crew that walked me through my shocked outrage at having a repair end up being more than I was expecting, LOL; they were calm and professional and explained every charge to my satisfaction. ♥

I am very pleased with my experience at Big O. Stitch was very pleasant, yet professional to deal with. Stitch was also very knowledgeable about everything, and I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything clearly to me in a respectful, polite manner. Give this man a raise!! I will be back to Big O in the future.

Went in for a wheel alignment next day all of my motor oil came out my engine light on . Of course the denied it. IM SICK OF PPL NOT BEING ACCOUNTABLE FOR THERE ACTIONS DO YOUR RESEARCH PPL .I PAID 150 FOR ALIGNMENT THEN 230 FOR TOW AND REPAIRS. NEVER AGAIN

Came in for 4 new tires, spent about an hour and twenty minutes. Brent was professional and informative and helped me pick out tires that were right for me. The only negative I could add is the price felt high.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION Khris will lie in your face & rip you off at the same time 🤷🏾‍♀️ I had a coupon for a $44.95 oil change that included tire rotation. She changed my coupon in their system and charged me for the tire rotation that was included with my coupon. When I told her that it was included, she told me that the price increased because of the hidden fees. That was a lie. She then emailed my receipt to me so I couldn't see the actual charges at that exact time. She changed the coupon to a $30 oil change & charged me separately for the rotation & and balancing. Thats very underhanded & absurd.

They were great when I bought tires, a couple of weeks after getting them .I had a flat waiting for them to fix it 1-1/2 hrs later wasn't ready, call me when fix so went home,2days still not ready ,will not get any other service done here,they lost my business

I'm very happy that I purchased tires from here two years ago. They are still good and will probably last me a few more years. Today I came in due to a few nail problems that had to be addressed. Kris was so professional at explaining the warranty details and it allowed me to plan ahead in case something happens in the future. My tires were fixed and they were So Pleasant with customer service also. The waiting area was very clean and welcoming.

On 7-15-23 this place scammed me. Brought car in to fix windshield washer water pump that Jiffy Lube improperly installed. Both Manager Haro and mechanic Mullan said there was a lot of damage to that area. According to my VW dealership there was no damage to my car but Mullan had placed zip ties on the pump which served no purpose, and removed the zip ties. Paid Big-O $219for zip ties that served no purpose AND they refused to show me the damage or document on receipt that the car was damaged. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. They have a history of serious issues according to other patrons. I would give zero stars if possible.

So I been coming to this tire shop and had ok service in the past. Shop is suppose to open at 7:30am yet it is 8am and the store is still closed. Some of us get up early to get things done in timely manners but still get held up with nonsense like this! Update- It's 8:30 now and still not open! Verified with 2 of the techs that the store is suppose to open at 7:30am (which have been here waiting with me since 7:20am). I don't want to drive to another shop and risk a blowout from the split tire that I bought less than 5 months ago from them. Update 2- Store finally opens up by I assume the manager. Got a quick sorry out of her but then immediately she shifts her concern about her not having on makeup than the store actually opening up an entire hour late! I ended up buying a new tire because i had somewhere to be and didn't want to go the rounds about a warranty issue. I do commend her on still trying to upsale me on a single tire lol even tho you just wasted an entire hour of my day and costed me money by opening your place of employment late! Read the rest of the fresh bad reviews and make your decision wisely before shopping here. Negative stars of I could!

Went to get a single tire patch, which takes about 5-10 mins depending on the tear. There was someone ahead of me so I asked the wait, they told me 30 mins. I got out of there 2 hours and 45 minutes later. The guy at the counter was nice and apologized for the wait, but I had other things I wanted to do and instead a tire patch took my whole afternoon.

I had a blow out on the 15 freeway. Then I called big O on nellis and they said they can take me right away. Chris the manager was super helpful. The price and service was outstanding. Made my day better. Would highly recommend this shop.

I've been going to this location for nearly 10 years, and have always gotten great prices and service. I recently needed a spare tire replaced and brought it in without an appointment. They had to order it, since it wasn't a common size, and told me it could be several days. The manager called me the next morning and said my tire was ready to go. That's great service.
