$45 a tire just for install.. no thank you. Wasn’t fond of the upsale tactics either. Sad that people think that pricing is normal now. Mount and balance most places is $25 unless it’s over size. Will not come back!

Dishonest Upsell Tactics - Always Get a Second Opinion! We recently took our car in to get a quote for replacing a pair of tires. Midway through the process, the employee informed us that the left axle was in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. Having encountered similar scare tactics elsewhere, we asked for a quote but decided to take the car to another mechanic for a second opinion. After a thorough inspection, we were told there was absolutely no need to replace the axle. I’m writing this review to warn others: always get a second opinion. Unfortunately, this is a trick many places use. They give you alarming news, you panic, agree to the unnecessary repair, and end up paying a hefty amount. Often, they’ll show you a dirty, greasy part claiming it’s the one that was “bad.” Don’t fall victim to this scheme. Be vigilant and double-check before handing over your hard-earned money. I hope this review helps others avoid being taken advantage of.

Reviews said they had used tires for $40. I went and they said their used tires are minimum $120. Edit: I definitely went to Big O. Not only do they need to work on customer service but also accountability.

I had a great experience here. The staff took care of my car quickly and for a great price! I got an oil change, tire rotation, and refilled some of the fluids. When I shared with my friends and family what it cost they were shocked and wanted to know where to go so they could get their car serviced here too. Highly recommend.

My tire was low on tire pressure so I brought my car in for a tire patch. I couldn't find the screw myself, but Big O was thorough and found the tiny screw and patched my tire! Since I bought these tires from them a few months ago, they patched it up for free. Thank you! Fast and kind service.

Mario was all class and just a nice human! I needed to check my battery before selling my car and not only did he offer to do it for free, they finished in less than 30 min. He also let me park there for a bit so I could arrange pickup. This is now my #1 spot for everything related to my car, thanks guys 🙏

I have been going here for all my car maintenance ever since I owned a car and everyone here is great. Mario and Joshua are super friendly and helpful all the time. Been coming here for about 8years now, and prices are always reasonable. Great job guys !!!

Went for an oil change. They said I need to change brakes, surface pads, change all liquids and said I should do it now. Car is at 68000 and transmission fluids were changed recently. Blatant money grab attempt. Worst part is car drives poorly now. Makes noise and veers right. Never done that before. Took it back and they said it was like that before I took it there. It wasn't. Avoid this place at all costs! Mario is scammy because he'll lie to your face with a smile.
