I often bring my car to Big O Tires for oil changes and tire rotations. I unfortunately had a flat tire and when I brought my car to big o tires they were able to replace my tire in less than an hour. I’ve always been satisfied with my services at Big O Tires.

I am more than pleased with your customer service when checking me in for the repair diagnostic. Then the call giving me the estimated cost, my approval to proceed. Then the call to let me know the service is complete and ready for pick up. Upon arrival, I was more than pleased with the final cost. Thank you Strickland Brothers and all involved in this repair. Love the team at Big O on Pamela Drive in Louisville. They are always fair and hones!t I moved from the area several years ago but still travel over 40 minutes to regularly come back to the location for service! They are TOP notch!!
