I love how my car rides with my new tires. It is not hard to get an appointment for rotation. They offer so much. I have found them to be very honest.

Not sure about this place...used to be good but since fire.seems they want to get as much out of each person as possible with list of things.up saling ect.you need this and that...I sat watched and herd some questionable things while in there.

The last couple of times I have been to Big O Tires, it’s been an absolute disaster. Sometime last year, I needed a tire replaced , made an appointment; sat in the waiting area for 2-3 hours before they told me they didn’t get my tire after I was told they’d have it for my appointment(wasting my time, so I had to come back). Here recently, it took them 3 days to change out my ignition switch. Then the last time I went, I needed a new thermostat. They told me I had a small leak in my water pump when they completed a pressure test (come to find out from another mechanic, I didn’t have a leak at all). I told the receptionist that I just wanted the thermostat changed and at first they agreed as long as I signed a waiver, then they turned around and said the mechanic will not change it without the water pump and timing belt—wanted to charge me almost $2k for the whole thing and I’d have to drop my car off and they weren’t sure when I’d have it back. i had a friend change it and the part was only $20 and the mechanic burped my lines for free. I’ll NEVER go back to Big O after the last couple of issues I’ve had with them.

Very disappointed! The Big O store on the Outer Loop is the worst places I have ever been. The male CSR at the front desk has no professional customer service abilities. I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour. To find out they misplaced my paperwork. They were not apologetic and was just ready for me to leave so they could get ready to close. They lost a good customer because I have given them a lot of business here recently. Will never go back and I recommend you don't also. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. You lost a good customer!

Made a appointment 5 days in advance for two new tires. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. Waited just shy of 3 hrs in there waiting area just to be told they didn't have the tires.
