Needed to have 4 new tires put on my Forte, Dalton was super helpful over the phone, quoted the price to install and helped make sure I would be able to secure same-day service. Estimated an hour and a half to perform the service, got me done in a little under an hour. Impressive service, great team, 10/10 will continue to have my tires serviced at this location!

They did a great job on my tires. But, they told me I needed to tell my dad the brakes were metal on metal. I told my dad and he bought everything to change them. Once he took the tires off the brakes were not even half way worn down. Kinda feels like I was getting played.

I had the BEST experience possible at our local Big O in Hillview Ky! Dalton along with Jackson went above and beyond to get tires on my car the day before our big Snow event! Thank God! I would had been in trouble! They were kind! They gave me options on tires and were quick to get the job done! Big O has earned my trust! We need more good guys in this industry! Grateful we have them in Hillview!

I just want to say Dalton was very dedicated with his time on figuring out what was wrong with my car. He kept it up front and honestly and great communication with me the whole time. I appreciate the hard work and time he had to get my car back up and running.

This is the second vehicle we have had in service. At both visits employees were friendly and eager to serve. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and did their best to get me finished in a timely matter. Great staff!
