The white haired guy at the desk threw a fit and got all upset when we found out there was nothing wrong with my brakes just really dirty so he couldn't make a ton of money off me 😂😂 the way he slid my keys to me all sad and wouldn't even look at me was laughable and disrespectful. Won't be coming back. Technicians were really nice though and kept me in the loop on what was happening

Had to visit Big O Tires this morning after driving from Shelbyville, Ky. Thought I had picked up a nail or some type of debris from construction when my warning light came on my dash, and the tire psi had dropped in my front driver-side tire. I took it there thinking the worst, when all I needed was air! The gentlemen that worked there took care of me for free. Thanks guys!

Stopped in today to use the air hose to inflate my cub cadet mower tire. While fumbling with the air hose out front, the owner Doug came out. We chatted a bit and he helped me with inflating the tire and showed me a tip on how to fill the tire so air won't escape. Thanks Doug I appreciate the tip! I told him I could not afford a new compressor just yet as I had just had big o put on 4 new toyo tires just a couple weeks ago. Lol

Had driven in from Virginia for a job just outside Louisville. Tire pressure kept dropping. Someone local recommended Big Os. Imagine my shock to discover they don't charge for tire repairs!!! I tried twice to pay them, as the amount of trouble and frustration they saved me is HUGE. Both times, they refused, saying that they provide this service intentionally. Wow, wish a shop like this was local to my home state/county. Thanks again to the tech and staff there, you made my travels so much easier and safer!!!

The BigO on cane run road is simply the best place to go for car maintenance and tires. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When it comes to making a car purchase, having the right team to service the car is key and I always go to the BigO on cane run. My car is 10 years old and runs like it did the day I bought it. Jeff and the team at BigO are the only people I trust. They are remarkable. Every service, every time. They have given me recommendations and I took my car to a different mechanic for a second opinion only to find out what they told me was 100% accurate. They are extremely trustworthy and the value makes the BigO on cane run worth going to. Today they changed the oil, air filter. Oil filter, balanced and rotated the tires, changed the cabin air filter and my car drives like a dream!
