Great service as usual. And the kitty was nice enough to keep me entertained. Such a fat baby. Sat on my lap most of this visit. Would recommend, for service and entertainment 😁 Edit: 4 years later. Sitting here listening to Ms. Rachel greeting a large amount of customers by name. Service remains top notch. All the ladies are very friendly and treat customers like family.

Great place to get your car fixed. Rachael is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Fair prices on repairs. Let you know if work is needed or can wait. I bring all my business there and recommend friends and family.

I did not have an appointment but was worried treads were coming off my tires. I pulled in to valley Station Big O store and they had my tires I needed. They had me in and out in 30 minutes with no hassles at all. Very friendly and professional service. I would recommend this store to anyone

On 5/25/24 I went in for oil change and 4new tires, I paid $1106.76. When I got home I was cleaning all the greasy handprints left on my rims and I noticed all 4rims had deep scratches all the way around them. I immediately called Rachel and was told to bring it in the following Monday for her to look @. After seeing it she said sorry and offered to try and buff them out. When I called to schedule that no one returned my call for 3weeks so I called corporate. Doug Powers called me w/in an hour and set up a time to try to buff the scratches out. The buffing did not remove the deep scratches so Doug said he would replace them because it was caused by the mounting machine. It’s been almost 4months and he has yet to replace my rims, he doesn’t even return my phone calls. I have been a customer here 6+years and Doug has made more than enough money off me to buy me new rims. It’s a shame you treat loyal customers this way. You should feel horrible Doug for taking peoples hard earned money, acknowledge you damaged my vehicle and then refuse to make it right!! A couple hundred dollars to rectify this is pocket change to you sir, it just shows you don’t give a damn about your customers. I will continue to call corporate daily since you don’t even have the decency to return phone calls! Every chance I get I tell people not to go to your shop. You sir are a thief in my eyes and have lost a long time customer!!

Fast and Friendly staff. Rachel however should treat all customers Equally! Upon my arrival I was ignored until I walked away from the counter and sought out someone at another computer for help before I was asked what I needed.

The communication from this place is top tier. Doug called about some stuff he found that needed replaced while working on my car. He also was really helpful when checking my brakes and rotors and called after the inspection before replacing them. He also called to let me know my car was taking longer than anticipated and was willing to try and get it ready for me by the end of the day, but I wanted him to feel like he didn’t have to rush so I let him keep it overnight. They opened at 8am the next morning and my car was ready before 9am. It’s running great and everything was done so well. Rachel has texted post work to make sure everything is still running well. UPDATE: Oct. 17, 2022 as of today i still have not received my promised refund. mr powers has continued to make empty promises of a refund not only to me but also to the BBB. Its obvious not only does he take advantage of a customer by doing additional work and charging the customer for it WITHOUT prior consent, but also does not keep his word. All with no care that he has lost a customer for life. It is sickening to say the least that one cannot trust a business owner these days. However one does reap what they sow; God does not like ugly. And you sir mr powers did very ugly to me for noooooo reason other than power and greed. You need to be ashamed of yourself. MARCH 2022 I took my car in today because ONE tire had a goose egg. I was told it would be about 2 hours. So my daughter (whom i brought along as a witness) and i left my car. Approximately one hour later i received a call from rachael stating both my front tires had goose eggs so they went ahead and changed it as well. 1. I checked all my tires and when i took it in only ONE had a goose egg. 2. I was never consulted PRIOR to the additional tire being switched out. 3. When i returned and asked to see BOTH tires together i was told the only way i could see them was to remove new tires and put old ones back on. So i was forced to spend extra money with the reasoning they did it for my protection. Every time i go in there they tell me more n more is wrong with my car trying to get me to spend more money. They told me a year ago i only had 5% pads left on my brakes...NOTHING is wrong with my brakes im still driving with the same brakes one year later. Very shady business practice. I WILL NOT return to them ever. UPDATE july 20. (This has been ongoing since March). I filed through the BBB; the owner offered to refund me $69; i accepted over 60 days ago (if the offer was sincere i wouldnt still be waiting for my refund) and still have not received my money. Its as if this is a joke to him; as his reply to me through BBB was that this was a contract issue. NOOO i know what my contract says and have no issue paying for what i asked to have done. i have a problem paying additional charges for work that i DID NOT ask to have done. I have an issue that a business believes it is ok to do additional work WITHOUT FIRST talking to the customer and expect the customer to pay additional fees. I will keep fighting for my refund because i feel i was truly robbed. And a check can be sent via U.S. mail. I DO NOT and WILL NOT return to that business EVER!!! UPDATE JULY 2024, when i first purchased my tires i was told that i had a 5 year warranty. I have had nothing but problems with these tires, not to mention the one tire has had a leak since the last incident. i have to fill it every 3 to 4 weeks. now the other tire has a goose egg again and a different big o location has informed me that i only had a 3 year warranty. I feel that i have been lied to, taken advantage of and purchased the worse tires ever. This all originated at the valley station location. This all has been nothing but a nightmare to say the least. The lies and deceipt just to make a dollar is sickening!!!

I have been taking my van to Big O for years, at the recommendation of my neighbor. I had a horrible shake in my tire after the peppy boys who can’t be named, replaced my tire. After they repaired that wobble, they were my people. Everyone is so helpful, and kind. I’ve had numerous tires replaced here, used my warranty for blown out and flat tires, and they always try to help. They don’t make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. Overall recommend everyone at big O, make sure you ask for Jordan, she will get yall together 👌🏼🥰
