Good folks been doing business with them regularly for the past several years now. They are human and do make mistakes. They do their best to fix what they did wrong at their cost. So give them a chance.

Big O on Dixie never disappoints. My headlamp went out and was able to get it replaced right away. I buy my Michelin tires there, same as cash options save money.

Made an appointment, showed up on time, was told they were to busy to fulfill the appointment for what I needed done without calling to let me know. They then said they could do the work, but that it would take all day. They held my car all day just to then tell me they didn't have time to get to my car. Waited all day for nothing. Worst auto service I've ever experienced.

One of the few tire stor/car repair shop locations in South Louisville left that do what they say they'll do, do it in a timely manner, do it for a fair price, do it with a smile on their face! I highly recommend big o valley station Kentucky

Wonderful place. Got new tires and rotation once and they put a plug in for a hole in one of my tires. Everyone there was professional, helpful, and kind. Shout out to Rachel especially at the Dixie Hwy location! She rules!

Great service as usual. And the kitty was nice enough to keep me entertained. Such a fat baby. Sat on my lap most of this visit. Would recommend, for service and entertainment 😁 Edit: 4 years later. Sitting here listening to Ms. Rachel greeting a large amount of customers by name. Service remains top notch. All the ladies are very friendly and treat customers like family.

Great place to get your car fixed. Rachael is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Fair prices on repairs. Let you know if work is needed or can wait. I bring all my business there and recommend friends and family.

I did not have an appointment but was worried treads were coming off my tires. I pulled in to valley Station Big O store and they had my tires I needed. They had me in and out in 30 minutes with no hassles at all. Very friendly and professional service. I would recommend this store to anyone
