I always have fast, friendly service at the Big O on Fegenbush/Beulah Church Rd. I've been going to them for many many years. I'm usually in and out within an hour or so for oil changes and tire rotations.

Brought in 2006 Jeep Liberty on 9/6/2024 after my lower ball joint came completely out and left me broke down. Thankful Big O was the closest shop, about 1.5 miles away from where I broke down. However, about 2 weeks after I paid the $1,200+ bill, I started hearing a noise coming from the same driver side front tire. After further inspection, jacking it up and taking wheel off, I discovered the issue...the caliper bolt was completely missing. I could slide the entire caliper off by hand! Talk about dangerous. Can't overlook the little things, especially in a profession where doing so could cost the driver his life and other people's lives as well. Hoping Big O will make it right! Jordan Davidson

Brought in my car on a Tuesday. Was told they would look at it on Wednesday morning. They called and said they had all the parts available and they would have it done by end of day. Also told them to check rear end since they were already working on the front. They ensured they would check both. Called Thursday and they said they were still waiting on the parts to arrive. Then they called back Thursday and said car was done and I live an hour and half away. About 15 minutes out from being there, they called and said the rear end was messed up. They told me it was drivable and I could get it back home. Upon arrival, looked at the tire and there was a huge bubble on the sidewall of the tire that they didn’t even notice. Could have gotten me in a wreck or blown tire. So something that should have been finished on Thursday, we are still dealing with. Time and money wasted. I would NEVER take a vehicle back to this location unless you feel like wasting your time. If it was an option, they would get 0 stars.

Same day service on two consecutive days. One for new front brakes and the next day for new tensioner pulley belt, and oil change. Done timely and reasonably priced. No complaints. Great staff.

The other day, I was contacted by Big OTires and and because of the misunderstanding, I was asked to come back and C if a solution to my frustration could be worked out. I agreed. Monday, my truck was repaired, and of course, I was delighted. Our conversation and issues were corrected, and I was asked to come back later in the week to B absolutely certain that the problem was resolved. I that the gentleman that I spoke with and Big O Tires did an excellent job. I thank them, and I do appreciate ur understanding to my issues. Thank you once again

Great service. Repairs made quickly and done right the 1st time. They communicated with us from the time we came in, letting us know what they found, then made sure we knew when our vehicle was ready to pick up, and then made sure we were satisfied. Friendly and competent professionals. Highly recommend their services.

Came in for new tires a few days ago. It was the middle of the day and I wanted specific tires. At first the computer said they had non, the gentleman said hang on we got a delivery and went to check, the ones I wanted were there the offered me a price match on ones that would have been more expensive. Was told it would be about an hour and a half for tires and oil change. Done in about 40 minuets. Never tried to upsell or charge extra for anything. You have my business. I used tot take my car to the dealer for everything, but the dealer has failed me too many times. Big O has not. Have brought my wife’s car in for nails, most of the time they say no charge. Outstanding service everyone. Keep it up.
