The online scheduling portal was easy to use, and when I walked in for my scheduled appointment they had all of my information pulled up and ready to go. I got 1 new tire installed and was in and out within a half hour. Prompt, good value, and on time!

Great people and great service! I was driving a rental car which gave me a low tire pressure warning this morning. Staff explained that it was likely because of the cold weather but then offered to do a quick top off of the air in the tires. Very much appreciated!

Stopped by here last week because I had a flat and it was the closest Big O to my location. Waited an hour for them to tell me I needed 4 new tires and never told me why my one tire was flat or even offered to fix it. Waste of time.

The young man who took care of me did an outstanding job. Very courteous and very speedy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Above and beyond. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a young black gentleman. . I recommend a raise for this guy, he was exceptional…. 5 stars. Excellent work!!! As a repeat customer, I gotta say BIG O on Lex Rd easily has the best customer service of any garage I ever visited.
