I reached my destination w/a severe coolant leak the day b4 (towed to Big O). A few drips previously caught my attention. Big O??? Go ahead and spell it out... Outstanding! 'O' staff, 'O' kindness and 'O' willingness to professionally address your concerns at an outstanding level to ensure your satisfaction. Do you know after my last standard service (oil change), they called to ask if my car was running well? It was! Thank you for making things all better or should I say... Outstanding! M

Hunter took good care of me. He quoted me a price and gave me an estimate of the time it would take. Then he brought the price down and took care of everything in less than half the time he said it would be!! Excellent service!!

Excellent service as always. I was a walk-in client they took care of my service I literally waited Maybe an hour. They were very busy. at the time and I still only had to wait 1.50 hours they will continue to get my business at this location

Had oil change and tire rotation last week. Have used Big O in Middletown for years and have always been pleased with their service. They are very friendly and helpful.

I have gone to this Big O when I lived closer. After moving further away and tried another place. I signed up to pay more for the next 3 free oil changes with tire rotation but when I went to claim my first already paid oil change, i was told my brake pads needed replacing. My vehicle had just over 25,000 miles... i said ok... but I'm not stupid just because I'm female and older... decided to leave that place and I went back to Big O a place that has always treated me well. I have to drive just a bit further but that's ok...
