when I come there to fix my car they take my money and don't fix for me anything so when back to tell as about that they said can't fix for you anything and don't give me my money back

I showed up with a tire emergency and needed two tires. The store closed in 13 minutes. I was told by Dustin Donnell no problem we can get you in. I was in and out with no problems.very happy with my visit.

I brought my car in for tire light warning to find out it was two sensors and a nail causing my issue. It took sometime to address this issue, as I didnāt have an appointment, even with that I was in and out within two hours.

I had a flat tire today, but I was so glad I stopped at this place. They were super helpful and got me fixed up in no time. It only took about 30 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. I really appreciate the time and effort the management and staff put into helping me out. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick tire fix. Thanks a bunch!

Service work that was done was disappointing. Discovered bolt was not properly fitted when replacing shocks. Vehicle has a thumbing sound in the rear. Took it to Import mechanic and was informed of bolt issueš©. Returned to BigO was told problem had been corrected. While driving to next destination sound continues as before as if nothing was done.

The afternoon before a massive snow/ice storm, we had a nail in our tire that couldn't be repaired and needed to replace all tires anyway. After stopping at 2 other stores who were either too busy to help us or didn't have the size tire we needed we ended up at Big O (Shepherdsville Rd). They were happy to help and even stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of. We are so thankful!
