It was good as far as the guys are nice and the service is fast. But when I noticed an issue with my passenger window not closing all the way that wasn't there before I was told it was like that before. When I have pictures of it coming off the tow truck and the desk guy parking it after it came off the tow truck and the window wasn't like that. Didn't appreciate being bullshitted but other than that it was fine service.

Aaron is an exceptional leader, and the reason that I continue coming back to this location when it is well over 40 minutes from my home. He is truly an expert in his field and has helped me numerous times over the years. He thoroughly explains every issue with my vehicle to me, which helps me to feel confident in trusting him and his team to complete the repairs. He searches for the best possible pricing options. And overall, I can truly feel that he cares about me as a customer. I cannot say enough great things about this human. He is genuine, kind, and honest. Thank you guys for continuing to take care of me and my vehicles. I cannot even begin to express my unwavering gratitude. Aaron is my hero.

Was told an hour or 1 1/2 hrs and ended up Almost 4!si the as to dark to go to my daughters that night! But the customer service was great so giving a 4 for that and very pleased on the money I saved!!

All of the gents at the shop were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They answered all of my questions without any extraneous detail, and got my problems fixed asap. The shop area also had a movie playing for my little guys and a Pacman game. It was nice that they had something to do while I waited.

Been taking all my vehicles and fleet vehicles here for years and will never return. Paid for an hour of labor to diagnose why my taillight was flashing fast. They told me I needed to replace the light which I've already done. Took it to another place and they found the connection to the front headlight was loose causing the lights to act up. Waste of 180$ for big o to misdiagnose it. Also had them check out my brakes and they said I need all new brake pads and rotors for like 3000$. Went home and took the tires off and looked myself and there is plenty of brake pads left and the rotors were all in spec after measuring them myself. Do not go here for repairs they are super shady.

Mike was such a gem. I came in due to a flat and he was so resourceful, making sure to give me several options and maintaining a good attitude the entire time. He called to give me updates and stayed after hours to ensure I got my car safely as that’s when I was available to pick it up while still being positive. This man is the new standard for me, if I ever need anything I will only come to this location when he’s working

friendly staff only negative is the wait times. They quote you an hour or two but never are accurate with time frames. Don’t come unless you have your whole day blocked out.

Service was good, I just went in for 2 tires, and came out with 4 tires, an alignment, and an oil change. None of which I was aware my car needed. But glad I went in, my car is safer to drive now.

Thank god for Scott moving to this location because last time I trusted big o with my business they told me they had a special on oil changes to get me in. Upon picking up my vehicle that was dropped off at 9am and picked up at 5pm I was invoiced for an oil change that was $100. I have never paid even close to this to get a simple oil changed. I had wrote off big o tire until I was search for quotes for a transmission flush. Mike texted me a quote that was $209 without the CVT oil included and it sounded like a competitive rate. They failed to mention at any point the CVT oil was going to be $269 on top of the $209 I was originally quoted. Talk about a bait and switch…… I am a 30 something female and have little knowledge about cars so this experience was just not communicated with accurate pricing. Scott ended up price matching a quote I had received from a competitor up the road in order to make the situation right. Keep people like Scott because he will get you more returned business.

Went in because my tire pressure was low. I was in and out in under 10 mins. The dude filling my tires up was so nice and didn't try to convince me I needed new tires (they aren't even 6 months old) like discount tire did last month. For this alone, I will be returning any time I need anything. Didn't catch his name, but he was middle-aged and had a southern accent, I think? Thanks, guys. I appreciate you!
