Nate, was very helpful he listened to what I wanted done. He then explained exactly what his shop tech would be doing. Everything was completed in the time that I was told. I will be recommending everyone that is looking for excellent vehicle service to Nate at Big O Tire. Nate and his other associate are very professional, I know this because I have been in the vehicle sales industry for over 30 years.

I havent even stepped foot into your location yet and already the manager Nate,has been rude and disrespectful to me TWICE. Yesterday he asked me to hold and then NEVER CAME BACK... and today he again asked me to hold and I agreed but asked that he not forget about me agin to which he simply hung up on me.... where I come from thats terrible service and total disrespect. Colby looks like he may save the day( I hope). Im a customer, how dare Nate be so rude UPDATE: Colby is AMAZING he definately changed my opinion

Mike and the team at big o's tires did a great job of getting me in and my vehicle service expeditiously with Mikey and offering a discount coupon to be applied at the bill. Car wash service properly and promptly with no issues. I was back on the road and the rolls of the quick period of time. I would recommend big OS for any routine and more complicated service nends

They have nitrogen for tires but charge $10 per tire to fill.

I came in because my low tire pressure light wouldn’t turn off. The guys did a great job trouble shooting the issue which wasn’t as easy as just filling the tires or resetting the sensors but they came through and got everything reset! Big thanks guys!!

I came in and less than an hour later my car was ready to go, it was the battery, they check on other things to make sure what was wrong and they fixed it, the price was a little higher than I expected but overall I’m happy my car is working again
