These guys will sell you overpriced tires, but do NOT let them touch anything else. When told they replaced my front struts and battery assembly, my struts now leak and my battery was put on with a wood screw! I don't know why they have wood screws but don't let them put one in your car.

I Decided to call big o thinking whatever quote I get over the phone I would get in person. Wrong. I wish Ilistened to the reviews. I called and spoke to Pete a few days ago and I wrote down word for word what he said over the phone. He said he had a Bogo sale for 4 or 2 tires. For 4 tires, a brand by copper, premium package alignment and warranty 3 years, $559. When we got there they quoted $902 out the door. Pretty sure it's not $400 worth of taxes. The 2 tires same package deal, I was quoted over the phone with Pete $302.93 tax included out the door. When we got there they quoted $435 and said they don't quote with tax over the phone. The person we talked to also said he was over Pete so he wasn't going to call him when I asked him too. He also couldn't give me a reason why he told me a different price. He didn't say it was a misquote just that he didn't know why. We are short on time when we can go to a place. If they BS their way through their business then I just can't do business with them for waisting my time. I would have rather been quoted correctly and gone somewhere else with them still keeping some sort of good name. Now they have a bad name with us and will never be back.

I have been using this location for over 3 years now. Steve and his staff are the best! I was absolutely happy to see LJ relocated back to this spot! The staff is always friendly, transparent, and attentive! Any time I have a car issue it gets resolved in a timely and efficient manner that I appreciate and I am grateful for; especially because I have long daily commutes and I know I can count on them! They really helped me out last second today and I am so thankful! Thank you to Steve, Lj, and the team there!

Terrible business, they deceive you with the prices, they tell you one thing and it's another, be very careful with this business because they charge you more than the original value, I do not recommend it, go to another BigO... I went a few days ago and they deceived me, be very careful. The receiver of the goat on the chin is terrible.

Thank you Steve and the Service Technicians for getting our car back on the road!! I was able to get tires, an alternator, and a battery for an affordable price. This is my Go-to shop for any major services needed for my car. Plus my kids love that they have donuts and popcorn while we wait. 😁

Was supposed to do a tire rotation and found out at a different tire place that nothing was done here at big o tires because my tires were in the same place.

Horrible Manager! No customer service at all. Literally came out cussing and stopped the guys from taking care of the customer. Guys are ok but the manager is terrible. I feel sorry for the guys that work there. I won’t be back.

The staff is polite and will work to get you the best deal possible. This location is the place to go since their rates are reasonable, their staff is always friendly, and if you don't have all the money, you may apply for a credit card. As LJ helped us out and provided the best service I highly recommend to ask for him!

Don't go here they lie and u sit all day got 4 new tires here for 2 separate cars and one blew 3 weeks later and they charged me 80$ on top of that went back today because they needed air already and sat for 25 min and nobody filled my tires so I left worst tire shop I've ever been to

I recently had to get a couple of new tires. Since Big O has been good to us in the past, naturally I went back. This time it was a little different. LJ was amazing!!! He not only made sure I was taken care, he was also empathetic to the fact that I recently lost my husband. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my cars needs. Thank you LJ!

My wife is visiting family in California. My wife usually drives. I drove to St. Anne Catholic Church in Gilbert. After Mass I proceeded to turn right that will lead me to Southern/Slosson and then Home. I took the wrong turn and got lost. I stopped by Big Tyres to ask for directions. The supervisor heard my story and assigned 2 guys to drive me home. The guy who drove me home was Ilassa and the other car following was Mark. I did not catch the name of the supervisor, but he should be told what a great Good Samaritan deed he did. Thanks be to God. Gaby Kool

Shady character beware! Went to get an oil change and possibly replace one tire. The service writer was obnoxious and rude. I asked the service writer to also look at the front end and give me a quote. I have had two other shops look at the vehicle and they both gave the same diagnosis. This shop told me something completely different. I explained to the service writer that I was only looking to do the oil and tire today. He continuously push other services and products on me. I was very clear in what I wanted. Felt like I was dealing with a sleazy car salesman. I must have been insulted at least 3 times in a 10 minute conversation. One of his fellow co workers even said that was rude to my service writer at one point in the conversation. My appointment was at 7am I had to call at 8:45 am to see the status. I was told my service writer was with another customer and would call back. I got call back about a half hour later. The vehicle was completed at 11:05am. I don't know but I could change the oil and put a tire on in less than an hour, why did it take 4 hours for a shop to do it when I was an 7am appointment.

Steve and the crew here at Alma School and Southern deserve more than 5 stars. They were patient, understanding and kind to me, even though I was highly emotional after getting screwed over by a different shop and being out 100s of dollars. I’m a single mom and was driving on unsafe tires and they made it possible to replace those tires and gave me a ride to get back to work while they fixed my truck. Thankyou so much guys for helping restore my faith in humanity.

The staff has changed. I had 2 problems with my car and they only fixed one. Alignment and my tire pressure light needed to be fixed. They fixed my alignment but they did not fix my tire pressure light. They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and took a measly short cut. The problem is still persisting. They person helping me was not an effective listener. Very disappointed with the whole of the new staff.

We were on our way to the lake, one of the boat trailer tires blew out. Luckily we were only a few miles away from BIg O tires. Walked in and Steve Lopez helped us immediately. Got us in and out so quickly and on our way. Great service all around.

Went in for a alignment and tire balance was told they couldn’t do the tire balance due to bad wear and tear on my tires that where 6 months old and then tried to sell me brand new tires. Took them 5 hours for an alignment. Don’t go here

1st time waited 5 hours for a tire rotation. Today, I have a nail in my tire. I am currently sitting for 3 hours. I've watched others come and go that had a nail in their tire. They told me I need a new tire after they looked at it and a half hour prior. Why wait a half hour to tell me that? They had to go grab a tire to replace mine and ask they could say it'll be a bit of a wait. Asked an eta a half an hour ago and they said they were almost here. I've only asked 2 times and it's like I'm bothering them. I will most likely go back to the competitors. I only bought this set of tires due to a special they were running. They are unorganized. Watching through the window is just a stress factor when the employees are standing there dumbfounded for a long time. I will say, there were 3 employees diligently working. The other 3+ .... questionable for sure. If the average wait time of 4 hours for me every time... then it's not good. This was one tire with a nail. Not that busy on Thursday mid morning. Still waiting...... 10:15 - 1:20 so far.

Big O Tires is the place to go, the staff is always friendly and look to get you the best price they can offer, There prices are reasonable, and you can apply for credit card if you don't have all the money. They aren't paid by commission , like Discount Tires. Woman please be aware if you go to Discount, they will try to make a sale, just to get a commission. I WILL NEVER BUY TIRES FROM DISCOUNT AGAIN..

Dangerously overinflated one of my tires. Had the dealership set it to the correct level. Reccomended PSI for my tires is 33. Big O set my rear tire to 59 PSI after purchasing brand new tires from this location. My tires were set to 36, 38 in the front and 48, 59 in the rear.

Made a appointment online yesterday screenshot the appointment went in today and the guy said it was never confirmed that's 1 issue than gave them 2 numbers I thought they were all linked an they are not before I left I have gave them my number I wanted them to call me at 5********* and they said thats not the number you told us to call you and they never looked at calling the power location to get the info for a plan I purchased worst experience

My father and I came in on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn't busy at all, but we were. We were in a hurry to get the work done on our '00 Mustang. While we were waiting we saw the lazy dude who was SUPPOSED TO BE working on the car, sitting down eating a sandwich. Porkchop. (NOT EVEN KIDDING!! & They're not even deserving of 1 star to be honest..)

Scheduled an App for 10AM for an alignment on my truck. Got there at 10 and was impressed, nicest one I have ever seen. I thought I found my new go to location but boy was I wrong. I understand appointments get you in the door but they don't just drop everything and start your vehicle but at 1030 I was looking at the rack and there was a jeep on it. At 10:45 I asked if the rack is tied up? They go on to explain they can't start my vehicle they had a prior appointment on the rack. The only earlier time slot was 9am and the tech even said he got there before 9. I got work off to get this done but it was a waste of my time if they don't even have my vehicle STARTED almost an hour after my app time. God knows it would have sat on the rack for 2 hours. 45 minutes is more than generous for a grace period to start the next job on appointment based work. I left and can get an alignment done cheaper and quicker elsewhere. But one of the funniest things was how one of the techs snapped a stud off of this woman's car. He didn't know what to do so went to a superior and then they ordered the part to replace it but called the woman over to the desk and told her that its general wear and tear, HERE is the price for the PART and the LABOR. Your incompetent tech was probably using an impact and cross threaded it and then snapped it off and you guys have the audacity to charge her? Imagine a tech drops your wheel and it scuffs or even cracks the lip and then they say "not a problem we can order one, it'll be here in 30 minutes. This is what it'll cost ya"
