I gave one star to the manager that was on today. I felt he was really rude this morning when I went in to get tires that I had preordered. I usually work with John who is so friendly and professional I will never step foot into this store again as long as Eric store manager is there, and with that said I rather go to discount tire where everyone is friendly. Kudos to John for the caring and professional manner he conducted with.

Best customer service at this location- other BigO experiences had me weary but here they were very helpful, upfront & honest and efficient. I got the 3 year warranty on my tires (for a great price) So this will be where i go 💯

Extremely easy and quick. I scheduled my wheel alignment online same day. Walked in at 1055am and they had my SUV on the rack at 11am. It took a little long because of rust build up (vehicle from Midwest). Highly recommend.

The Manager Eric runs this shop and has some great employees who take care of their customers. This is a newer store, and they've done an excellent job with my son's Toyota and my husband's new classic truck. I highly recommend this Big O.

Went in for a tire rotation with a 3/4 truck and only took about twenty minutes. Great service 👍🏻

I bought the tires from a different Big O, was very happy with them. Stopped at a different one to get them Rotated, they did an Excellent Job too!!! It was quick, and easy!!!

They treated my father who is 88 yrs old and his preus with respect and care. Got his AC working in no time, did not try to sell him something he did not need. Thank you to everyone who helped him out. I will sing your praises every where.

Nice and courteous staff. Very helpful with my vehicle, now it runs smoothly, and I even got a shuttle to the destination of my choice while my vehicle was being repaired. The waiting area has snacks and a comfortable atmosphere to sit and wait if you choose to. Very satisfied and will return for further repairs when needed.

I generally have high anxiety when it comes to cars and shops and maintenance needed. When I walked into this location, I was greeted by 2 gentlemen who made me instantly feel ok. When the service was done, my car does need extra BUT they were NOT pushy, did not have any issues with me calling my husband to make sure we were ok and even explained things very well. They were very polite, helpful and made me feel better than I’m not the only one who doesn’t always follow car maintenance. I will for sure be back and will recommend this location to anyone. Best experience ever! I wish I could have got the names of the 2 gentlemen at the front as they deserve some recognition in how respectful they were and weren’t pushy to sell me things because I’m a female. Bought tires here, returned to have them rotated and a list of other maintenance items to my f350. They did not do the maintenance items I asked them to do. They claimed to have done a couple of them and didn’t. I complained and the owner gave me some money back, they still over charged for the brake parts they installed, charged $100 for brake fluid change (had not been done) also, when I picked the vehicle up the tires were rotated incorrectly. They offered to make it right, got it wrong the second time too. Tire pressures were set wrong. Wheels torqued to 100 lb-ft, manual calls out 165. One center cap was loose. The owner was friendly and willing to listen and converse politely, but other than his customer service skills, this place has no business working on anything you expect to put your family in. When this place was hatch tire, it was great, now, it’s a mess. But they did give me a free donut….

Great crew! Great Prices! Inside the customer waiting area is coffee with 4 types of creamers, donuts, popcorn, bottled water and fresh fruit. If you plan to wait they have a huge TV to watch or they will shuttle you home. This is amazing for a family owned and operated business. Thanks BigO!

I came in for their complete vehicle inspection as I know I needed brakes. They had the best prices on brakes and even had great finance options for me. I would highly recommend going here first before anywhere else. Thanks Mike and the crew for getting me in and out.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Great service from Eric and he showed me why needed new tires and why they were worn on the edges only (alignment). Thank you Big O Tires! And thanks for a great cup of coffee and the fresh popcorn.

I used Hatch Auto for years and had a great deal of trust with them. Admittedly, I was hesitant when Big O took over. I decided to give them a chance. My biggest complaint with the big name auto repair shops is the high pressure sales tactics for unnecessary maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised that did not happen. I had an basic oil change done and another vehicle diagnosed. It was a great experience. No pushy sales techniques and the got it done quickly. I will be back.

When this was Hatch, Kevin was absolutely top notch. He was honest, fair and incredibly professional. We are truly going to miss him and the entire business. We wish them well!
