Literally only came here because it was my last resort for an ASAP alignment. Got different quotes for the service and apparently they charge differently based on if you did your own work on your car before the alignment (which made it cost more idk how 🙄) walked out paying $165 for it instead of quoted $120. Also, before I even went in I made an appointment for it DAYS in advance. When calling to confirm my appointment the day before, they confirmed my time. Then the day of when I called to confirm the price, they stated they didn’t have me in for an appointment and that alignments were walk in and first come first serve. Love how NOBODY told me that when a. making the appointment and b. when calling to confirm the appointment the day before. So if I wouldn’t have told them I did the work on my car prior would I have gotten the lower price? Absolute thievery and nasty practice. Wouldn’t recommend especially as a younger woman. Edit: spoke to Tom the manager and got the issue rectified. Got a refund for the difference in alignments and was understanding of my frustration. Glad to have this fixed promptly and respectfully!

This place SUCKS. Dropped my car for a basic oil change. Didn’t ask for anything else. When I picked up my car the windshield was dirty so I turned the wipers on only to find both my windshield wipers were ruined. I didn’t even leave the parking lot. I told them and all they kept repeating was “the rubber is old” and refused to admit they broke them. The car is brand new, what are the odds both blades break in the one hour it was in their possession? Zero. They were very rude and had no business touching the rest of my car let alone return it damaged and deny it. He was VERY eager to offer to sell me new blades though. Never going back. You shouldn’t go either

Took me in right away when they opened and I even showed up before opening time and let me sit inside. I had a screw in my tire that was slowly flattening my tire. To them it may have been one extra thing to add into the schedule last minute first thing in the morning. To me, it was being able to make it to my sons school event that evening that meant so much to him and he was sad that I may Not have been able to make it if I didnt Get it fixed right away before I started work. Thank you for everything! You also made my sons day.

Almost waited too long for tires and alignment. It is nice driving without the jumping around. Some of the maintenance recommendations I can do myself, but for the rest I will see you soon

Would give even lower if possible. Do not go to this big o they are over charging. A tire repair here is $44 where others are free to ten dollars. The owner should look into his shop here as well, was told if i pay cash it would be only $20 and they would just give the money as a tip to the tech. Good for tech bad for owner.Got a quote for the buy 2 get 2 over a thousand dollars. When searching the same brand and size online found same ones $199 each? So there are none free there. I would just avoid this one unless it's an emergency.

I went in for the buy 2 get two free. They got me right in and I purchased 4 new 10 ply tires for my truck. I spent half of what I did for the last tires that I purchased for that truck. Service was great and fast.

This is a great shop!! Tom and Doug are very personable and interested in helping you take the best care of your car. Tom took the time to sit down with me and talk about my tire needs/price range and pick out appropriate tires when I first came in. When I had them change out my struts/shocks they were able to facilitate a ride back to my house. Then I took my vehicle in for a shaking noise that I thought would be resolved by the struts, and they let me take a mechanic for a quick drive so he could hear what I was talking about. He was able to identify the noise, and they again got me a ride to my house. Unfortunately, the issue was a bit bigger than anticipated, but Tom kept me updated about everything going on and discussed options with me. I had a trip coming up, and they were wonderful enough to make this a priority so I could have a safe vehicle. These are some really great mechanics and I really appreciate them! In again today for an oil change. Downside of them being really awesome is that they are really busy. Make sure to come in early so they can get started on your car sooner :) So happy I found such a great shop to help me with my car!!

I drove in to get air in my tires. I was so pleased that the tech called me out of the car and pointed to the worn out tread on all the tires. I had been driving more cautiously. I found out why. This guy saved my life! It didn’t take long, new tires and alignment. I felt so much more safer. So grateful for the tech and the new tired
