WORST Big O Tires in Phoenix, went to buy tires and they told me 3-5 business days for shipping. 6 days later now they are saying 5-7 business days and then switches up on me and says 7-10 business day. Never come here

Took my truck to get an alignment at another shop twice and they couldn’t get it aligned. To the truck to big o tires, they balanced my tires and aligned it right

Vince was very accommodating. He scheduled me right away and oil change was done quickly. He also brought my old air filters to show me they were dirty and upon approval, changed those too. Great service sir!

if I could put zero stars, I would dropped off my car 10 AM to be done. they should be done an hour or two wait for a call. OK day without a call going before they close haven’t even touched the car. how they run the store is very unprofessional. All they care about some money they never consider you or prioritize the customer. Waste of time and place .

First time customer! Was very impressed on how professional everyone was! Herb was very professional and respectful. Went in to get my oil changed. Will be back to get other services done! Herb went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my service and was VERY helpful with questions I had about my vehicle. I recommend that anyone who goes there to speak with Herb, he'll make sure your taken care of! Thank you for the amazing experience and service 😁

You’re my go to shop In and out inside of a hour and with a complete safety check When I return to Phoenix I’m going to have my valve cover gasket replaced and if I can afford it new shop and a wheel alignment Thanks guys Oh on a side bar they’ve always checked my tires for correct air pressure at zero cost THANKS AGAIN!
