I had an emergency tire repair on a Sunday and was so happy Big O was there to help me. The service was awesome and they even did a safety inspection that I did not expect. This provided important info about things I did not know about so major thanks and gratefulness for that additional service!!!

Sariah (I hope I spelled correctly) is the BEST! Every time I’ve come to Big O, she is super helpful. I don’t know anything about cars, but she always takes the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I have. I also love that she calls me while my car is there for any updates. I appreciate that she is always fully transparent about pricing and my car needs. I really appreciate her being so accommodating, kind and professional. I will definitely be returning for any future car repairs! Thank you guys again for all your help!!!! :)

Quick service and honest! Sariah replaced all of my hub caps after one of my really old ones came off just after leaving with new tires. I drove right back, and she said no worries. Hats off to this place for going above and beyond.

I came here for oil change few months ago and I was very satisfied with it. But one thing I was a little confused about was their inspection of my car. I was worried by the services they recommended for my car at 68k miles, things like shocks, struts, control arms and even cv axle. So I had replaced the shocks, struts and swaybarlinks based on their diagnosis. But I was a little skeptical because the old struts looked fine to me. Then I decided to get a second opinion when I went to get the control arms and cv axle replaced but was told that control arms bushings and cv axle were good and can last longer. Now I feel like I wasted money and time replacing both the struts and shocks but thankfully I was saved from further spending. Would never recommend trusting oil change places for their inspections. Always get a second opinion from a proper mechanic!

This was one of my favorite experiences at BIG O. It's never fun dealing with tire issues, but the customer service , how personal the staff was with me and the transparency really made the difference.. highly recommend this location👏 also want to add the location was on warner close to the I -10

We have some sort of ghost issue with the low pressure error. This location, over the course of the last 9 months, has checked, tires, valves, topped off air, and provided the kindest customer service immagineable. For anyone who has not met Deseray Hock, ask her for new tires, and she & and the team will get the job done fast, efficiently, with courtesy and a sense of humor. This store has the best team.
