I went to change the tires of my 2 trucks last month so I paid about $3,000 they was offered the first free oil change for each truck, it turns out I have to pay a percentage for that today!!! Nooo, I'm not going to pay I'm going to wait for the manager to come on Monday to solve this problem, hopefully with my three years of alignment what pays doesn't happen the same, if so I'll take action in the matter legally, they can't promise things just to sell, that's bad.

I limped into the parking lot on a blown out tire. Your guy came out to assist immediately. I went inside and when I came out my car was already jacked up. I was in a hurry and Your guys got me back on the road in less than 30 min. Thank you so much.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. They noticed that I had a flat tire. Even I didn't notice. They cared enough to get me right in to be serviced. They were great!👍

I had the best customer service here at Big O!! Edgar went above and beyond to help me get my tire fixed. Went as far as calling his delivery guy to get my tire in time to be changed before they closed for the day. Thanks to all the hard workers that got me back on the road!! Will definitely be going back. Thanks again Edgar!!

I brought my car in on 11/13 with struts and other issues, each and every employee that I met was absolutely a Blessing they were Kind and Respectful that meant a lot to me..As of today I've been driving my car for almost a week after the repairs that were completed from your shop. I'm happy to say I'm Grateful and it's a pleasure to drive without being fearful of having a breakdown. After meeting and talking with the mechanic I think his name is Armando, hearing him explain what went into the repairs as well as what was replaced I appreciate his knowledge and experience. I feel confident in knowing that a person that cares serviced my car. Thank You S.Austin

Bros are chill, polite, and do good work. The building is in good repair, the garage is immaculate. My vehicle was returned with exactly what I had asked for. I always trust these guys with wheel/axle/tire related tasks.

Friendly service but could have put my settings back to what they were originally. No worries though we figured things out. Dash board was showing trip mode not the odometer.

Paid for an alignment and didn’t get one. I was an out of towner and they knew I was headed back to CA at that moment. They even told me there is Big o Tires in CA if I had any issues… cause you knew. Jonathan M was the technician. Picked the car up at closing time and literally drove out the parking lot to see my steering wheel tilted to left, car pulling to right. Seriously!! Drove to CA with car pulling entire time and wobbly wheel. Way to look out for your customers. Shady!!! California Big O Tires took care of us and applied some extras for your lack of customer service. Disappointed in you AZ Big O Tires! I don’t care where we from, family lives there and you just lost customers.
