Battery needed replacement, Big O stated that it would be a greater cost to replace the battery with an Interstate battery. My last battery was an Interstate battery. I stated that yes, let’s replace with another Interstate battery due to the heavy use of electronics that I use everyday in my work. Best place to get an Interstate battery. Love their work and very respectful! Thank you Kevin st Big O tire!

Called in to get a tire repair done sat in the waiting area kid got in car pulls it in then proceeds to back it out of one bay to pull into another while I'm observing through the window gentleman pulls tire off leans tire against machine for no reason sprays down another bay and I watch him drag his feet. If big O prides themselves in quality and punctuality this location isn't it a disgrace to the industry. 1/03/2025. Worst experience ever

Came here for help on older car with tires, brake, and alignment issues. Michael and the entire staff are awesome. The guys in the shop are friendly and helpful. The reps at the front desk are knowledgeable and honest. Have heard them tell 2 different customers in the last hour that a more expensive option, one recommended elsewhere, was not needed and they were able to resolve the issue doing xyz which was free to the customer in one case. I will make sure to go out of my way to come up here with anything they are equipped to handle going forward. Seriously come up here and ask for Michael or Rob. You’ll be very happy you did.

Logan was very helpful and professional. I walked in on saturday afternoon he helped me pick out tires and ordered them for me that day. Come Monday, I brought my truck in, and he immediately had somebody working on putting the tires on. I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. The entire team was professional and efficient I will definitely be back for any other tire/ brake needs in the future.

Made an appointment was taken in promptly and my car was done in less than forty minutes... That was an oil change and multi point inspection and top off off fluids and rotate tires...excellent

Recently I brought my car here for an oil change and had a super positive experience. Then last night, my Jeep completely died on me and the team here was SUPER accommodating. They replaced both batteries for me the next morning, even though I'm sure they already had a super full schedule. Robert here was the best throughout this process and just for that reason I will be coming here for all of my car needs!!!!

The guys at the 19th Ave & Happy Valley are always awesome, my favorite Big O guys! The car is great as always after every visit, and they ALWAYS call or text to check on the car's performance no matter what the service was. No matter where I live, I will only go to this location.

The team at Big O tires is very helpful and have topped up my low tires with air numerous times. They are always quick and easy to work with They also have repaired two punctured tires for me and I was able to get appointments the same day for both.

Zero stars! There was confusion about what oil I was supposed to get. I told them 20 wt synthetic. The guy at the counter told me 30 wt. So witch one did they put in? Neither! The paper they printed up said they put in 5 wt. I guess I will sue them if it ruins my engine. So don't go to this place. They don't know what they are doing.

Great shop. Very nice staff. I, like everyone else, am in a pickle right now. They were very accommodating. I needed 4 tires, bad, and they helped me with financing and 4 new tires. Great price and easy financing made this a very exceptional experience. Thank you Big O

Had New front tires back brakes and rotors done. Oil change Spark plugs and Radiator flushed out. The front desk customer service was excellent. The price is fair and of competitive market value. I absolutely love the way a timed it out to the minute of the work being done overall this is a very knowledgeable and caring staff from the front desk all the way down to the bottom trainees. They were absolutely honest and had integrity in their work!

I stopped in on Veterans Day and the guy that helped me was so rude it was unbelievable. Yes, they were busy due to the buy 2 get 2 sale and i don’t believe his attitude was personal. But it told me Big O does a poor job of customer service training. I mentioned to him I purchased my tires at another location and he snapped at me “ We can’t see what you purchased at another location, they should have told you that!”. Very disappointing experience.

My wife took a car to be looked at for an older lady and they were great! They gave the older lady Fran a great price for her car. They even drove my wife back to her truck while they fixed the car. My wife said the entire staff was very nice. I will recommend this place to everyone.
