Great experience here. However, they no longer patch your tire for free. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly manager, front desk attendant seemed pretty new and just needs some time to learn the ropes. Overall, I'd fully recommend going here.

My car stopped and I had it towed to the nearest shop at 11pm. I gave 3 stars for them getting my car fixed in 1 day. They lost 2 stars because they charged me $180 for just the diagnostic that took less than a hour to figure out even though they also fixed my car. This is the first time I have ever paid for them separately in the same visit. I always use big O’s, just a different location and when I called my normal location to figure out if this was a new this, they confirmed that the diagnostic would be included with them fixing it and that I would have paid almost $250 less. I will not be returning to this location.

I go in for an oil change, then get told they found a nail in my tire that’s un repairable. They insisted I get four new tires and tried selling me a “great” deal. I almost fell for it bc that guy at the counter was very persistent about it. They didn’t show me where the nail was or what he type of tires I would be getting other than it’s “better, performance rated”. Then I went to discount, they repaired my un repairable tire no problem. No pressure about anything. At Big O they seem like they were trying to scam a deal out of me.

Prior to taking my 2011 VW Jetta to Big-O Tyre at Thomas Road and 52nd Street. I had a number of issues. Major and his team at the corner of Thomas Rd and 52nd St. Gave my Jetta a proper tune up. Now she is running like a well oiled machine. The customer service was excellent, and the cost wasn't exorbitant. Thanks guys. Also some of my sensors were going off. And they sure took care of them. Since having Major and his team servicing my car. I have relocated to another part of town. But If something goes wrong. I taking my car back to Major's Big-O Tyre. Because when I go there I feel satisfied and comfortable going there. Woodrow Getten.

It was so easy to make an appointment online, they had same-day appointments available. They worked quickly, had a nice environment to wait in during an oil change, and uploaded the clearest, best summary of 22-point inspection with photos that I have ever gotten from any mechanic. I definitely recommend

Came in for air for my BMW X3 and was notified my tires were out of alignment and visibly balding on the outer edges. Will was able to provide 2 quote options within minutes for the following day. It was such an easy experience with tip top customer service. They were also able to shuttle me home due to my proximity. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend!

Major and his team went above and beyond for me when I needed tires and an oil change for my dune buggy. I have bead locks and no shop near by would even touch them, let alone change the oil on a modified sandrail. They even gave me a ride home when they found out I was going to be walking home. Highly recommend them for any of your vehicle needs 🫡

They've gave excellent service and he helped me get what I needed for my tires Gabe got me a great deal and when I was in time of need.!! when I really needed to have things pinched in every way for pennies and money.!! He got me in got me out in no time and was very accommodating and had the tires in the store within a few hours and I out the door within less than 45 minutes from there..!! We have been taking our car here for about 2 years now. No matter who we are working with Big O Tires has always taken care of us and made us feel like a welcomed and valued customer. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Shawn, Tommy, and Major are all wonderful! Thank you guys, you are amazing! Every time I come here it's amazing service.
