Big O Tires location took care of my full synthetic oil change on my Chrysler 300 by using a coupon. Customer service agent didn't charge me for the extra 2 quarts needed that the coupon didn't cover. I was also in and out in less than an hour. Great location!

These guys spilled oil ALL OVER my engine & never mentioned it they broke the case where my air filter is & put a crease /dent in my hood ... When i called them it was 20 mins to clodsing they woule not answer phone l left a message actually several & bit took 3 days for them to call me back & they tried to say they never touched where my air filter was (THEY SUGGESTED I REPLACE MINE THOUGH THEY NEVER TOUCHED IT!!!) & al they did was say sorry they atrtempted to get rid of oil before i picked up car & that they would check the ir cameras & call ,me back we are going on like day 5 or 6 i sent pics yesterday & no response!!! not to mention quoted me $900+ for my brake pads DONT TAKE UR CAR Here@!!!!!!

I gave them a 5 stars even though I think 2 hours 30 for an oil service is a bit long I understand they carry an inspection and provide good quality service for the price. They was a bit on confusion on my bill regarding oil specification that differs from manufacturer. I had to call to investigate and was told, even though the bill said a different oil the proper one was used on my SUV Q5 Overall I was satisfy, it is my second time at that location with appointments but it takes a while before they get your car for service so it does increase the in and out while you wait. Good value for service Personnels is courteous and polite.

I went here for a tire alignment three weeks ago. I was a walk-in. They were quick and affordable. They also spotted small problem while aligning the tires, they repaired it at no cost.

Had to get a kid on the road back to college. They had the oil changed and a new set of tires done in 1.5 hours. Great service and great price. They were knowledgeable and helpful on the tire selection to get the best value. They even called me and said it was 15 minutes away from being done to maximize turn around time without me asking. They are on it!

Robert and Erica are fantastic, professional and very knowledgeable. Met all my needs selecting new tires for my vehicle, quick and excellent service. Returned to have tires rotated, rotation was completed proficiently with short wait. I recommend Big O tires 7th St and Camelback.

Brought in my Tesla that needed balancing and rotation. Zackery was excellent. He updated my computer to fit the tires I had on. (Didn’t have factory tires). The shimmy is gone. I feel the team at 7th st did a great job. I would recommend this shop and a huge thanks to Zackery.

Great customer service and very thorough. I've taken all of my vehicles there my last visit I actually took my vehicle a 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT the dealer said it all checked out there's nothing wrong with the brakes that they just squeak. By then took it to Big O the next day they told me that the rotors were warped and they needed new pads. Hiossen do the work and the car is perfect now no squealing. I've always gone to Bill Luke service the dealership thinking that they know what is best but I've had now several occurrences where they miss things or they really don't seem to care.

I have been to this location multiple times and have received fantastic service every time. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and respectful as well as accommodating, whether I have booked an appointment in advance or popped in spur-of-the-moment. Zack has helped me a couple of times with my unexpected last minute visits, creating as pleasant of an experience as possible when having car trouble. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service.

I'd give zero stars if that was possible. I’m beyond disgusted with the service my daughter-in-law received at Big O Tires. She brought her car in after a flat, only to have the situation made significantly worse. While removing the spare, they somehow managed to put a hole in the rim! Then, they didn’t even reinstall all the studs properly—one is completely missing—and told her it was “fine to drive.” This is beyond negligence—it’s outright dangerous. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they also created more issues and completely compromised her safety. I wouldn’t even trust this shop to work on a tricycle, let alone a car. To make matters worse, after months of phone calls, they still haven’t tried to make this right. Avoid this place at all costs.

The gentleman that helped me was great. He made sure I got the right tires and checked my other tires. The job was done quickly and all lugnuts were checked and torqued to spec. Overall condition of my car was checked and at no time did anyone try to upsell me with anything. Great service!

Wonderful people. My tires weren’t in stock and they still had me out in 2 1/2 hours. They called the Prescott Valley store for me and got my warranty. The only thing I didn’t like, which was not the stores fault, was I still had to pay installation fees for the covered tire. Otherwise A+!
