They do amazing work, I have been going to the northern location for years, the workers are very nice and they do follow up calls/ texts after the service is completed to make sure everything is going smoothly.

BigO on Northern and 24 Ave. 1) The shop is clean and bathrooms are clean. 2) Front staff are friendly helpful and willing to listen to the issues with your Car. 3)After diagnosis staff will explain issue with you and estimate of repairs. 4) They Stand behind all repairs, if any issue comes up they gladly take care of concerns 5)Big O will honor all work Nation wide.6) Greatest of all they treat me and other people with respect and a concern for safety. 7) They are very likeable people, I drop by sometimes just to say hello. 8) plus free coffee and water, A/C temp just right 9)Highly Recommended Big O. The gentleman up front was friendly and every time the mechanics saw something that looked like it needed fixed he would take me out to my car and show me what the issue was. He also offered a ride home for the next day when I was leaving my car . However, they were so busy, I had to take an Uber, but because they had offered the ride, the manager said he would deduct the price of the Uber from my bill, which they did. Most importantly, a week after they worked on it, my car is starting up with more gusto , and running more quietly and powerfully.

Came in today for a nail in my tire. I was greeted by Brian when I walked in and he instantly got to helping me. I was in a time crunch and he did what he could to get me in and out as fast as possible. He was great at keeping me updated on what was going on and the time frame we were looking at. He was so polite and helpful and I’m super thankful! Go see Brian, he’ll take care of you!

We have a 2004 Ford mustang that the motor started shaking and sounded horrible with hardly any power... I took it into Big O on Northern off I-17 freeway., which is not the first time I've used this specific location... The service here is extremely satisfying, they take good care of your vehicle.., and Taylor, the main manager, does not give up and his team there are very thorough and knowledgeable,, yes, courteous too... Through the process of diagnosis they fixed and replaced what was needed for repair and getting it done exactly by the time they specified,, Except remained a problem of still not running properly,, and Taylor was not satisfied,, so he called me and let me know he needed to keep it for another day to figure this out , this was puzzling to him and his team ... After further investigation,, they figured it out 🙏👍... I am very pleased with their service and thankful to Taylor and his team for going the extra and providing good customer service and relations...They will do what it takes to ensure you leave and drive away with a smile 😁 no matter how easy or difficult your vehicle issues,, just as I did 👍👍Two thumbs up.. CROOKS AND LIARS I WAS QUOTED $429 by Taylor for my service to be done left vehicle overnight and told it would be done by 10an the next morning by Dwaine I called at 11am still not done and then was told the service would be $850 oh hell no so the service I had done was $385 I had a $25 coupon and I’m a SENIOR and asked for a discount neither of which was HONORED I WAS TOLD NO DISCOUNTS SCREW YOU BIG O NEVER AGAIN WILL I HAVE ANY SERVICES DONE WITH YOU OR YOUR COMPANY Only 1STAR BECAUSE I CANT DO ZERO BOB

I brought my car in to have all 4 tires replaced and they did my rear brake as well. Justin Mae's was the guy I spoke to and wrote up my work order. The work was done by Ramiro Ramirez Chavez and Zachary Miranda. I had star wars tire valve caps on my car that were not there when the work was done. Justin Mae's commented initially that he liked my star wars theme to my car and then they went missing. The job took an hour longer than expected and when I called and complained about the missing items, I was told he would talk to the manager and never contacted me back. I will never go back to that location again and I recommend you doing the same.

I went in thinking I had ball joints issues, but I had break issues. Replaced, fixed properly, and driving great. I went to breakfast, came back and was told it's was going to be a few hours, so they drove me home, and picked me up! Waiting room had cold water, and pods coffee while we did wait! Expert team, excellent treatment!!!! I learned about through a coworker that had issues, and I would tell others about them!!!!

Meh. This location is meh meh and we are done. Oil change most recently rendered no sticker for when to return. Last visit to fix a tire leak that I had to identify after they tried to pull the she's a dumb female card on me.

Recently, l returned to Big O for work on my vehicle. As before Taylor James and his staff diagnosed the problem and completed a difficult and complicated repair. To preface, we’ve been to this location multiple times for three different vehicles in the past - all of which have been a good overall experience. However this latest experience has been nothing but a disappointment and complete headache. Brought in a 2023 truck in for their oil change and tire rotation special. Total bait and switch when it comes to pricing - they did not honor the coupon pricing due to what was stated as a 5qt limit. However nowhere in the fine print was a limit stated and price was not disclosed when I dropped off the truck; only was this “disclosed” at checkout. To make matters worse, after both services I now have a malfunction on parking and blind spot sensors. After bringing these concerns to rep, they could not have been more flippant about situation. Looked at it with a tech for all of 5 minutes and said they’d call me after “researching”. Stated their diagnostic tool is not equipped to address newer vehicles🤨. The desk rep (Julien T.) stated he needed to research the issue and that I would be getting a call. After 24hrs of no contact, I reached back out only to be again be told they needed more time for “research”. Near the end of the second day (roughly 3:30pm), Julien reached back out only to state he could not find any open recalls about the sensor and said the truck would need to be brought back in. I don’t know about you but I don’t think it takes a day and a half to reach this conclusion- a quick google search could’ve told us this. I said I could bring it that day but he pushed that off to the next day. Next day comes and I take it in only for Julien not to be there and needing to explain the issue again to a new rep who seemed disinterested at best. He seems to suggest I was in the wrong for not bringing the truck in sooner, not realizing the full scope of their screwup. The sensor issue continues and Big O seems to be actively trying to push the blame on any body else rather than their shoddy work. Needless to say, this has been an atrocious experience and I would not recommend this particular location to anyone. Their customer service is wanting, their workmanship is questionable, and their pricing is a scummy.
