Actually had a pothole bust my tire on Hilliard this morning,limped it to Big O Tires where we waited for a new one to be put on,Large waiting area,charging station for devices while you wait.Pricing was excellent.Emergency or otherwise,give em a call.Thanks again

Decided to replace the tires on my 2023 Niro and stopped in to see what Big O could offer. Ended up purchasing 4 new Sumitomo tires with installation. Total was 800+ but was inline with what Goodyear offered. Very happy with the transaction and the service. Their shop is huge and from what I saw they can handle any type of car repair. Thinking I will be a repeat customer

Big O Tire and Syed took very good care of me, was creative with financing and my car is driving great. I got new tires, brake pads, oil change and inspection. He also took care of my wipers and a light that blown after inspecting my car. I appreciate the help and the great service.

Purchased new tires 245/35/20's for my drop top 350Z,, a hard tire to get, but they had them in stock, a very reasonable price. Read the reviews, they offered a store 30k warranty, free tire rotation, Syed assisted me, a great guy with serious SPAM calls on his phone, I helped him resolve it, a customer over heard me telling how I could resolve the issue, and then I fixed the guys phone too. I dont even work as a phone tech anywhere, but Syed was grateful, the wait wasn't terribly long, able to plug up and work on my laptop and then maybe an hour I was gone. May be my guys going forward. Thanks "BOT".

This place has amazing service. I took my 2020 Mercedes Benz for a state inspection and full service. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. He explained everything well. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

Called about my tire warranty so I could get a new tire for my damage one. I was told I’d receive a call back later that day. Well it’s been two days and no call back. Edited to add: I’m at three weeks since my initial call and I’m still without a tire. Big O doesn’t seem to care how long I’m without a tire. I’ve called this store, the original store, customer service, the warranty number and even filed a complaint with no resolution.

Took my 2004 vehicle in for inspection on 1-27-24, after getting new tires, front end alignment, & a radiator replaced earlier in the month. After waiting 2 hours, manager came back saying it failed! Points of failure did not even coincide with regulations of VA State Inspections!!! My advice is, if you have an older model vehicle, find a shop that has been in existence for a good while, or you'll be extremely disappointed, as I was!!!

Was quoted 4 tires for the price of 3 online but was not given the quoted price because I was told “ had to apply for and get approved for credit”. Said nothing of the sort on my quote or anywhere online. This of course was learned after my tires were replaced. There are better deals out there and I would have gone there. Don’t trust this place or rely on their quotes! I feel Scammed! Oh and they didn’t inspect my breaks either.

Ben was the best thing to happen to this shop. Since he left the shop is terrible. I went for an alignment they stated that they could not align the car due to a bend in the tire rod. I made an appointment to come get all issue fixed, because I did not have the time that day. I told them that for insurance reasons I needed pictures of the damage. They appeared to not understand what I was saying to them by the puzzled looks on their faces. They then take the car under 20 minutes they call back stating they do not see the damage they stated I had and the car actually had no issue. So, basically they tried to scam me out of $300. If I never stated I needed pictures I firmly believe they would have “fixed” the issue that was not there. I’ve been a customer for 6+ years and they have definitely lost me as a customer! Poor communication and customer service, especially the front desk man.
