Original post was a year ago. Today's edit: they closed a few months ago, and I am very unhappy about that. It was the best place to go for a trip check, plus I intended to buy tires from them :( Original post: Good place. I was going to go there to get my alignment checked, and go elsewhere for a trip check, fluid check, and oil change. The place I called didn't answer, so I searched on Google maps for another place, and was surprised to see Big O Tires show up - so I had all of it done there. After that, I decided they were my go-to place. And when I buy new tires, I intend to go there.

Hours say open until 6 we came in at 2 45 and they said they are closing and could not look at my breaks. My breaks are smoking after they put new ones on a few weeks ago.

Our parking brake FROZE to our tire (making our car impossible to drive) while we were in town overnight during a cross country drive. The guys at Big O fixed it for us quickly. They were so kind and helpful. It’s the best service I’ve ever had at a mechanic, and my family is so grateful.

Excellent services, I thought I need new brake pads but after checking them they explained I didn’t need pads and what the sound I was hearing was. Was grateful they were honest and didn’t take advance of my lack of knowledge. Very friendly people

Possibly the worst tire buying experience I have had. Tried to sell me wrong tires, ordered the correct ones, was not sure they were in, went to 3:15 appointment, they started at 4 per my request (do not know when they would have started if I had not asked) took forever. Building with no heat. Terrible customer service.

Spent the night on the side of the road, not the most enjoyable sleep between semi trucks. I showed up at 8am and ready for this transaction to take all day but these dudes were funny, fast and efficient. I was back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Word to the wise...avoid the massive pothole near Green River heading west on 80 aka "Large Marge" she will wreck yo tires. 😉

This is the best place to go for tire needs! The staff were friendly and efficient. They kept me updated the entire time! Was running behind and came in late because refused by another shop and they were so prompt and willing to help us out. It was also affordable! Excellent experience and will definitely be back again for my tire needs.

The gentleman were all very nice and quick to help. Had a bubble on a tire and needed it changed out and they did . Was very quick and got me back on the road. Thank you guys for the help and if you need tires come and see them here in Rock springs WY.
