We rolled into the shop with a torn sidewall a few minutes before the shop was closing. Not ideal but we were in a bind and desperate to get the wheel fixed before a holiday weekend. The folks kindly welcomed us in with a pep in their step, ready to help us. After looking for our very strange sized tire, they didn’t have anything in stock. But, they were very kind and put on another slightly larger tire just to get us the 5 miles to another shop. We were in and out in time to catch the other tire shop before they closed and got our new tire. All to say, the folks here are honest, amicable, and all around good people going above and beyond to help a neighbor out. The next time we need tire work or new tires, we’re going here. Recommend you do the same.

Came there with a flat tire looking to get it fixed, left there with my spare on because they were charging 50 dollars to patch up the flat. I called around and no one was even close to that price. Needless to say, I left there and had it done somewhere else for 18 dollars which is near what everyone was charging. This place was a total rip-off.

Store Manager Jon made my day! Very kind and helpful. I called multiple shops that said it was too late to closing to be able to do any work on my car but when I called here 30 minutes before they closed he said they could still change my flat tire last minute. I got it towed to the shop and they gave me honest options in my price range. I couldn’t be more grateful for management who cares about their customers. 10/10 recommend, thank you again

Unbeknownst to me, Big O sold me tires in 2022 that were actually manufactured in 2017. It was pointed out to me by a Toyota technician. Tires should only be sold within 12-18 mos. after production. I had spoken to the manager who asked me to bring it in the next morning, which I did at 10 a.m. I told the associate the situation and she asked if he (the manager) planned on swapping out all four - I said I didn't know and she informed me he would be in later. We picked out tires, I left my keys and that was that. At 3:30, the manager John called me to tell me the vehicle was ready. I was already on my way since they close at 4. He then asked what my expectations were and offered me some $ off each tire or their roadside warranty. I replied that I thought he was swapping out the tires - for the reason that if anything happened to me, they would be liable and that they sold me tires and I paid for them as if they were new. He proceeded to raise his voice and yell at me. At which point I told him that we would discuss it in person. We continued to disagree when I arrived, and I expressed that he was being aggressive, and I didn't appreciate it. He asked what I thought was fair, I stated the same and he said that my request wasn't justified. He asked if we could "start over" and wanted to keep me as a customer. Unfortunately, we made no progress. According to him, the tires were within their manufacturer limits and since I have used them (which I acknowledge is true), he felt he really didn't need to do anything. So, I asked to have my old tires put back on...originally, he wasn't going to because of their age, but then he did it anyway because I wasn't going to be persuaded to buy 4 new tires - from them. And after they did, he told me 1. they stayed late because of me (mind you, my car was dropped off at 10 a.m.) and 2. he should have charged me for essentially installing two sets of tires - since I had authorized it. Thing is - I had not, no one had me sign or authorize anything. I also read my customer file and took a screenshot, which inaccurately stated that I had requested a new set of tires and then changed my mind. I asked him for the District Manager's name and number - he said he didn't know it and only had met him once. I find that surprising - most people know who their upline/boss is. I'm sure they'll find that fascinating as well. I've called Big O Corporate and will continue to share this story to anyone who will listen.

I had a Les Schwab tire place much closer to me but went to Big O expecting great service. They wanted $80 just to check two tires 4 leaks. I went to 5701 Folsom boulevard for better service and 20% less. I bought two tires and left happy with 5701 Folsom Big O

Not a trustworthy business We unfortunately got a flat tire heading back home and since we bought brand new run flat tires less than a year ago from big O we decided to go to the nearest one which is the L street location in Sac. Jon who was at the front told us Big O locations are not the same (not very friendly), he sounded like he did not want to deal with us and we need to pay to get our tire patched up. Feeling scammed, definitely didn’t sound right but they were closing soon so we just paid and got the tire patched. A day later we took the car to another Big O where the guy told use we didn’t have to pay to patch the tire up and we should go back and get our money back. Definitely not trust worthy!

The worst place I have ever meet I didn’t even changed my oil the manager a white big fat guy very rude I called them i need an oil change they told Me yeah can do that I asked for the price the lady told me On the phone that the semi santatic is $40 and full santatic is $77 I said I want semi she said come in when I went there she said your car has to get full santatic I said I changed it in other big o tire they gave me semi santatic she said no it’s our policy i said no she said let me ask my manager too I said okay she went and after sometime that big fat guy came and started rude accent and I was agree to get full santatic but he was a little angry and said the price is gonna be $100 bucks I said the lady told me $77 he said that her price and this is my price I said no thank you let me get my car he said okay I was waiting for my car he told me to get out of here and wait in the street for my car so anyway I drove 15 miles for nothing rude people never gonna go again I always go to big o tire but they were nice this place was the worst I have ever been there and luckily after I checked the reviews a lot of people’s cars got damaged from them so good for me that they didn’t served for me

DONT EVER COME HERE THEYRE DESPERATE AND SCANDALOUS. STORY: I took my car for an oil change and inspection on 12/26/23; same day apparently there was a nail in my tire so I had to get my tire replaced because they were not able to get it up on a lift (so I decided to get just that tire replaced). After that day my brake sensor would go off once I put my electric e-brake on while the car is on, and it would never show my brake and brake system light flashing after starting my car. Results from inspection came back with me having to: - change spark plugs, - change shocks, and - change brake fluid. I thought my sensors were acting up because of my cars need to have its brake fluid changed and from the inspection. Until yesterday (1/9/23) where my drivers side rear electric parking brake came hanging off. Big O Tires were charging me somewhere around 500 dollars to get everything fixed from 12/26/23 inspection, but I took my car back because I called Nicole Miller yesterday letting her know what was happening so she told me to bring it by tomorrow around 8am because we both thought it was an accident. I get charged with 490 for replacing the electric e-brake plus labor. Thankfully I canceled their offer for suspicion! Because look at the reviews!
