Big O Technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to service my needs. I had brought my car into several locations before and they were not able to resolve the problem. This big O did it very quickly and we appreciate it.

Big O Tires on Folsom Blvd. in Sacramento keeps my 2002 Toyota Tundra in tip top shape! My truck has over 330000 miles on it and still runs and looks like new!

I will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint and want a refund for my tire that I paid for and rim. The undercarriage was damaged during a accidental crash into a curb. That was my fault entirely. They said just turn the light off which was a traction light off at the dealer and I'll be fine. I knew there was something more. I am at Dixon Auto body and they are proving that the undercarriage was indeed damaged and I will be taking action against Big. O. Shame on you guys. I asked in advance and nobody did anything. Never even got any pictures of the undercarriage or nothing

Good communicators, friendly, they’ve never tried to up-charge me. Of recommend this place for tires and/or an oil change (complimentary tire rotation unlike other locations known for their oil changes).

Would not sell or add a quart of oil to my 84 year old mother's car so she could get home without blowing up her engine forcing her to call a tow truck. FYI they would sell her a full oil change though. Costumer service is dead thanks Big O

Back again for tires. Reasonably priced, kept updated throughout process, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Not the first time this store fixed a problem and didn't charge me. I've made purchases here before, and it has always been a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have purchased several sets of tires for my cars at Big O, my last set about 3-1/2 years ago were Cooper Evolutions with less than 45k miles on a 60k rated tire. I went back on (3/2/2024) to have my tires evaluated for the tread wear mileage warranty and basically got told no for may reasons: I didn't buy a Big O hazard package, tires weren't evenly worn but were less than 2/32's difference across the tread per terms, tires were worn to and past the indicators on 2 tires, etc.. However they were willing to sell me a new set of tires no problem, no tread wear warranty credit/discount either. I left feeling like I was not a valued customer though my old tires met all the terms of Cooper's warranty. I called Cooper just to be sure, they confirmed my suspicions and said I could work with any other Cooper distributor/installed and I did. My new Cooper Endeavor tires were installed onto my car without any negative pushback or hi pressure guilt for not buying a hazard warranty package, the service was exceptional too. Big O, I suggest you learn from this honest review of your exceptionally bad service and lack of taking care of me. Maybe your rep was inexperienced or having a bad day, I doubt that and I'll never buy tires from your establishment even to save a few dollars.

They tried to force me into buying 4 entirely different tires ($350 each) because they "couldn't find mine in stock anywhere" - quote was over $1800 including labor. I needed 1 tire replaced, called my dealership & they were able to order it next day. DON'T GET SWINDLED!!!

Discovered my new to me BMW had a dangerous tear in the sidewall. The service here was great. Showed up unannounced on a Saturday, they had my somewhat unusual tire in the warehouse. The owner drove back to the warehouse before it closed even though he had just returned, and they had my new tire installed from time of showing up to leaving in less than two hours. I'm grateful, I think they were all awesome. Would definitely come back here again.

I took my car in for a simple oil change and the high level of animosity and unprofessionalism displayed by the owner and her staff was unacceptable. The service was not only terrible, but the unwanted outlandish behavior such as; the use of foul language, the inability to tell me why I was waiting in the lobby for 4hrs without any update on the car, and their associates stealing my personal belongings from my vehicle. This place is beyond horrible, the BBB was made aware of such actions and the business didn't even bother responding to the BBB. Would highly recommend to take your money elsewhere!

I was literally ignored the whole time I was there. They kept saying they would help me in one minute, kept messing around with paper work and employees just would walk in and out of the customer service wait area and ignore me. Doesn’t suprise me since other guy just left another bad review a few days ago.

I went in with a leaky tire asking them to take a look/patch a nail. Guy at the desk tried to tell me I need to pay 1200 to replace all four tires and get an alignment…on a 2021 model car with less than 30k miles! Such a scam. Went to Goodyear in midtown and they assessed my tire and filled it for no charge. And get this, there wasn’t even a nail in the tire in the first place! Lesson learned: Go to Goodyear, they aren’t scammers like Big O.

Buyer be AWARE!!! TOTALLY taking advantage of elderly ... unknowing customers of our community ... RIDICULOUS pricing and often falsely calling for total replacement of basically new tires without offering anything for them and overcharging for the new tire or tires ...
