Customer service (Tony) is a great and honest person, the price he gives is the price you pay, great bunch of guys that are very good at what they do. If anyone needs new tires or rims go by and check them out.

Gm all, I wanna say that Manny is a young man sent from God! I was in desperate need of air in my tire. I know it's free but I'm a woman who doesn't know how to put air in my tires and he showed up with gratitude and willing to help me out. He did a fantastic job! He checked all my tires and even checked to see if there was a hole in my tire. He explained to me that my air was at an 8. And filled my tires at their normal levels. All I can do is praise God for sending a young man who enjoys his job! Thank you Big Tire for your service. I will be looking to buy my tired from u soon.

My truck was shaking very badly and could not figure out why. The guys at this location to there time to properly diagnose my truck and stayed late to fix my vehicle so that I could work the next day. Steven and Andrew were so helpful, welcoming and understanding. I plan to recommend my family to have there vehicles worked on at this location. Honestly and knowledgeable technicians!

Steven hooked it up! Needed a last minute tire for my wife's car; Steven ordered it at 5pm, and I had it ready to go the next morning installed for the cheapest price in town. I went to three other shops and he beat their price by more than $25. Definitely ask for Steven next time you're in need of good service. A+++++

Stephen is amazing, I had went to get my oil changed this morning and was told I had a nail in my sidewall. The oil change places wanted over $200 for one tire. Stephen was kind enough to inspect my tire and find the nail was a little tiny nail that didn’t enough go through the tire. Stephen was honest and saved me the money. I will definitely be going back to get tires when I need them. Thank you so much Stephen

I'm highly disappointed. Took my car to get the tires checked, rotated and balanced. It appears that 2 of my tires were past the recommended use and they didn't offer to change them out. I went on a 5 hour trip and on the way home I almost had a blow out. My entire car started shaking and I ended up having to get 2 new tires in Austin.

This continues to be a very good place to get my auto work done. I had to rotate my tires, and they also check the alignment which was out some. They went ahead and aligned the car within about 15 or 20 minutes on top of rotating the tires, great job

One of the best tire experiences I’ve ever had. Had a completely flat tire while at work and was worried about getting to work the next day. But after filling the tire and hurrying to the Big-O I was in and out despite being somewhat close to closing hours. Even better, they found I had run over a nail and fixed it free of charge. Definitely recommend these guys.

Car was shaking when I was driving over 50 mph so I went to Big Os and they rotated and balanced all of my tires in less than 15 minutes for the cost of a handshake. Best tire shop in SA and incredible service!! Highly recommend!!

Spend the extra money and go to discount tire! So disappointed I bought two tires from here for $400 and it’s only been two years and they are tearing from the inside. Went to the store and according to them this is not a default in their end. They said not getting your car aligned does this. Makes no sense, my alignment is up to date and my other two tires from discount tire have zero problems! This is definitely a default on the quality of their tires, they just don’t want to take ownership! Tried to save a little money and give this place a try but not worth it!

Three hours for a tire patch is crazy. If you don’t want your day wasted. Come to el gato tire shop. 15 for a patch in 5 mins. Or three hours at big o. You decide.

they don't know how to do alignment. will not go back again, went over there twice in a day spent 3 hours, waste of money still it's not fixed
