Great experience as usual. Have been taking both our cars here for years. I trust their assessments of what needs to be done and they are always professional. Have never had a problem with any of the work done. Highly recommend!

I had the unfortunate nail in my tire in the last hour of Big O being open tonight. By the grace of a quick towing company and Jorge and the manager of this Big O, I had a warranty repair happen so fast I couldn’t believe it. If ever I believed in angels now would be the time. I was out the door so quickly that it blew me away. Jorge F was professional and handled this situation with expertise. This Big O Tires is always professional. I’ve only had great experiences here and I’m thankful for that. To Jorge!!! Thank you so much for helping me so quickly! To the management of this facility, thank you for holding a high bar of excellence and for hiring the best staff. I appreciate you!

One of the tires on my Tesla Model Y had low pressure, so I took it to this shop. The staff were incredibly helpful—they checked all my tires and quickly repaired the one with a nail in it at no charge. I’m not sure if they also replace tires for Teslas, but I’m confident this is the shop I’ll continue using for all my car maintenance needs.

Rude staff. Waited 10+ minutes before even being acknowledged by staff and someone one was there stating they didn’t change a filter they charged them for. Decided to cancel my appointment and go elsewhere

We just got new tires for our trailer here before taking a long trip. We also got a flat fixed on our truck. The lug nuts on the trailer are so loose I can turn two by hand. The truck tire was also only aired up to 37 when it should have been 70. I wouldn't trust these guys ever again. A tire coming off the trailer can be deadly. None of the lug nuts on one side of the trailer were more than hand tightened and the other side was way too loose.

You will not regret having your car or tires fixed. Everything is great, including customer service, quality of work, knowledge, etc. Making an appointment is not necessary. The wait is not long. They will notify you ahead of time if you’ll be first, second, third, etc., and will ask for your approval. It’s a first come, first serve basis.

Got a price quote over the phone for $590 and had follow up call before getting there but when I got there they said it’s going to be $890 and one the managers literally said he won’t honor what they quote me over the phone , don’t trust them at all

Hidden Gem! My family has lived in Willow Glen for 20 years but had never visited this Big O location until this past weekend. Our 2023 Subaru picked up a nail in one of the tires causing it to lose air rapidly. I pulled out the nail and put in a plug - but it was still slowly leaking so needed a real patch/repair. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday afternoon with less than 24 hours lead time. Dropped the car off and it was on the lift within 15 mins and fixed roughly an hour later. The best part was the customer service agent - Sandra. She was friendly, fast and efficient - a pleasure to deal with even for a minor job like a tire repair. I also observed her offering positive support and helpful feedback to her co-workers - which is all too rare these days. Will definitely be back the next time we need service on any of our vehicles...

I had a great experience, Alex was great at Big O. The team preformed quickly and efficiently on the replacement, mounting and balancing of 4 new tires. I received a great deal and valuable warranties. Their lounge area is inviting and comfortable.

I went to 5 different places before going to Big O Tires. They fixed my tire in 30 minutes, which was fast since they were short staffed (Saturday morning). Totally recommend them.

Have bought multiple sets in the past with protection plan. Came in with a puncture and was told it could not be repaired or warrantied because side wear was too significant (despite being even on both sides). Had to order a whole new set. Was expressly told tires would arrive before 5 and to bring car in for install. Drove 40+ minutes (from the mountains) only to be told tires had not arrived. No call or any warning whatsoever. No apology or any attempt to compensate for inconvenience. TLDR wouldnt honor warranty and wasted my time without any attempt to rectify.

Went in for a quote for tires on our cargo trailer. Excellent price and immediate availability. Brought in loaded cargo trailer hooked up to our pickup/camper which they said was absolutely no problem. Within 2 hours work was done and we were on the road. Excellent price and service. All employees went above and beyond, especially Dale Gurney and Leo Salazar!! We will definitely be returning for all our future tire needs!!!

Came in for an oil change was told it was going to take about two hours, possibly an hour and a half waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes, and they still haven't taken my car in, multiple people came in after but were helped first stay away unless your a regular.

My Turo rental had a nail in one of the tires. So I stopped by here and was told it would be 1.5 hours. They got it fixed in 1.75 hours which was great! Fast, friendly service. I had no problems with the tire, driving to Ontario, California that day. Thank you Big O Tires! 🙂
