I have been using my local Big O for all my automotive needs. They have quick service and quality work. I always use Big O because they are all over the country and always stand by their warranties. Just bought a new set of rims, quite the change in car appearance. I have to give a shout-out to Ryker. He has been my trusted contact who gives great advice on how to proceed with wants and needs of my cars. They just diagnosed and replaced a transmission mount on my car and it runs perfectly again. Thank you Big O!

I've used tens of tire shops in my life and this place has, by far, the best service, honesty, and pricing I've ever experienced. I first used them when I had a rental car that, over a weekend and late in the evening, blew a tire. I was worried no one would be able to help...and they were so gracious and empathetic, took care of me, and didn't even charge me. I was so moved because they had truly saved my weekend that i committed to only using them any chance I could. I'm writing this review because my opinion was reaffirmed when I just took my own SUV to them for a similar problem. My experience here has been stellar. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience here...and I don't use words like this often.

I've been battling a leaky tire for months. With weather getting colder and me getting kranky about it... I popped into big -0-... they had my problem solved in less than an hour AND didn't charge me for it! Wow! Thanks yall!

I can't say enough about the customer service. We drove 1000 miles from Washington and the car died in st George Utah. We got the car to Big O and the part wasn't available until next day. The manager John was gracious and took us back to our resort and picked us up the next day. They got it repaired soon after the part arrived so we could continue our trip. Best service ever.

We went to This Big O Tires on Sunset blvd. what a great crew of people they took care of my car and gave us a ride home and then picked us up the next day!!!! Manager was great. We were on vacation with our boat and noticed our trailer tires were bad. He was able to get the size we needed for the next morning at 7:30. Had us come in early before they opened so we would have enough room for the boat. Price was perfect. Got it done in 30 minutes and we were gone. Highly recommend this location.

They kept their word even though it was a misunderstanding on my part. They took to "if my car needs tires I will definitely be back" attitude from "I am never coming back" attitude. That is very impressive. I had heard about their legendary customer service from long-time members and it seems to be true.

Was visiting St George for the week and just as I was leaving town, my check engine light came on. I headed to BigO and they said I just needed and oil change and got me fixed up pretty quickly. The staff was really polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I have gone to big o for years to get my oil changed. Never again. On August 2nd I went in for a mount and balance. I had two tires which need to be fitted to two wheels and when I showed what needed to be done to the representative. He said this exactly “alright we charge 50 bucks for a mount and balance”. Looking back he didn’t lie to me… however when I go to check out I’m informed I owe them 120 something dollars. He had neglected to mention that it’s 50 PER tire not $50 for the job that I had just finished showing him. Also he forgot to mention “shop supplies” whatever that is. Like I said, he didn’t lie to me however it feels at least negligible if not downright dishonest considering their rate is DOUBLE that of many of their competitors. I explained the miscommunication at checkout and they did not compensate me despite their technicians sloppiness.

Ryker is such a positive, friendly honest person and there's a very happy feeling when you meet him I have had problems in the past with rude, and unfriendly,dishonest, people who greet you. Ryker a huge Thank you for caring, and going beyond your customer service care. If you go there ask for Ryker you will be glad to see the changes they have made to their atmosphere when you walk through the door.

The store we bought our tires from has excellent service and employees that are friendly and the tires came with the ever popular lifetime warranty which we've had to use and when we came in for service they seemed concerned for us as people, not just a number being punched through a machine.

Best tire place in town in my opinion. Have always been so helpful with the smallest to the most real of my car needs. When it's as simple as putting air in the tires because I have a bad back they are more than happy to help out and let me know about what I need to do as far as keeping up on my car. Have been going there for the last at least almost 15 years and will continue to do so as such a satisfied customer. Thank you for the great work you continue to do!

Stopped at this Big O to buy new tires and alignment on my truck. Turns out this was the best decision for me. The crew wasted no time to perform the alignment while other crew members got the tires readied for installation. Rikker, the assistant manager worked with me to ensure that technical issues I was having with my financing app went without a hitch. I was out of there in no time and was able to get back to northeastern Arizona before the sun went down. Thank you, Big O of Sunset Road - St George, Utah
