I came in with a rim and tire, and they were able to replace the tire very quickly for me. I really hated to leave the vehicle unattended on the side of the road, and it was so nice to have great service. The the two gentlemen that dealt with me were so respectful and I appreciated that.

I went in for an alignment on my car and they couldn't notice anything that was wrong with the alignment even though my car was pulling so instead of just doing alignment and knowing that it wasn't going to help they let me know didn't charge me anything and pointed me in the right direction

Big O is my go to. Bought tires there a couple years ago and have had them do a couple patches since then, free of charge. They’ve always been speedy and helpful.

They failed to tighten my center cap. It came loose and flew off my truck at freeway speed. After asking 3 times if someone else worked on the truck they told me "too bad" but we'll order a new one. They have no clue what customer service is!

Was told Ford F150 lug nuts fail and recommended they be replaced at $5 a piece.....??? Disappointing attempt to make a sale. I owe Big O, St. George an apology. The Lug Nuts mentioned were bad and I did replace them afterwards. The onus is on Ford Engineering. I'm giving Big O Tires St George 5 stars.

I placed my appointment online and now I am told that the online booking really doesn’t book an appointment. Now I have no appointment set and now that appointment is booked.

I was looking for some tires for my Jeep last minute and Justin searched for me and was able to get me some Big O tires on their Black Friday deal that morning. The service was great and the tires look good. They checked my alignment for free and said it was good. I really appreciate their honesty.

When in to get tires put on, said they couldn’t install them because I had aftermarket wheels and for liability reasons. WOW isn’t that about most of there business? A tire shop that doesn’t install tires unless they’re stock wheels. Good way to loose a lot of business!! They’re the ones that install the tires on my truck that has aftermarket wheels. I will never go back.

Not happy with their service I went in 3 months ago to get new tires and I told the technician that I wanted to get my tires the warranty and they didn't even listen to me

$58 to flip a single tire. Essential one mount and balance. Price gouge to the max. Personally if you rip me off once I know to never go back. Luckily St.George is growing and Competition is moving in. Btw some of the other locations are ran by better managers and they make similar profit without price gouge. Had I known when I dropped it off it would be that insanely expensive to flip a tire I would have never had them do it. The tire is a stock camaro ss 1le front size. Nothing too crazy or hard to mount.

I've come to this shop 3 times now for 3 different tire problems, and I've loved my experience every time! It's so clear that they really care about your best interests. As a college-aged girl, I'm always nervous when I have to have my car serviced by myself, but the environment in the Big O on St G Blvd is so welcoming. The workers are attentive and kind and always very fair & honest, they aren't here to trick you into spending more than you have to. I'm moving out of UT soon, but if I need any more services on my car as long as I'm here I know where I'll be going :)

Went in for a tire rotation and of course get the list of needed repairs. When I question what they are telling me, I am told that is why your steering is so sloppy..I ask how much to repair and without looking anything up, I get quoted $1,000.00. Now here is why I give them 1 STAR. #1 They put a different model than what I own(simple mistake)on work order #2 They only moved my car from the parking lot, so didn't really drive it . #3 the guy telling me my steering is sloppy never drove it. #4 my steering has ZERO PLAY, TIRES WEAR PERFECT.. BOTTOM LINE, I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHEN I NEED NEW TIRES..

Excellent Customer care! Kris Allred went above and beyond for me. My car was in and out in 15 minutes for a tire repair. Highly recommend this location and Kris.

This was an amazingly awesome experience considering why we needed to come in so quickly. Kris Allred was extremely beneficial in assisting us pick the tires we needed/wanted. He made sure that the alignment was correct before we left St George heading back home to Colorado. Big-O Tires team here were quick and efficient. Great job! (Picture is why we originally came in - our muffler hanger broke and burned the tire. Yes, we got the muffler fixed first)

We purchased 4 new tires here, $800. After 17 months and 25k miles, they are in sad condition. I’ve had my licensed mobile mechanic rotate my tires every 3k miles. They will not warranty or prorate a new set of tires for me. Would not recommend big o to anyone I like.
