Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was incredible, kind and efficient. Ty went above and beyond working with my insurance (and we know how annoying that can be sometimes) to help me save money. You can tell this shop truly cares about their customers. I can’t thank them enough!

Been here many times. They are always willing to get me in and get the work done. They have never charged me for flat repairs, and I have had quite a few nails and screws removed over the years.

Had a flat tire on a trip. Fortunately, we stopped here at Utah. Came to the shop around 9:30am. They found 2 holes in my tire & fixed them. Finally they charged me $0. Yes! They fixed it for free. Holy crab! Never heard of that. They do it as community service. Total love & respect for the boys

I just had my front end alignment done on my car at Big O Tires on Bluff St. I made an appointment on line which was very easy. The young man at the front desk was very nice and took the time to explain to me how they do it. It did not take very long and they looked very busy. My whole experience at Big O Tires, I give them 10 out of 10. My friend recommend them to me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were in town for vacation and our car was pulling to the right. Big O got us taken care of with no extra expenses. They just installed new tires on our Rav4 and again had a great experience.

Brought my 2023 Jeep Gladiator in for some steering issues due to some trail madness on Rattlesnack Gulch to Toquerville Falls. Corey took amazing care of me getting me handled first thing in the morning on a Sat. Thanks again for all the help!

Go see Corey if you need tires in SG, good dude, super friendly, ready to help and knows his stuff. I popped in just before close in a pinch and he took care of us, got the team working and had us out there in no time. When we got in the car my teenage kid said “he was so nice and that was quick”. Very much appreciated.

We got a nail in our tire on our way traveling west and when we noticed the air was leaking we went to the closest place we could find for a repair. We were completely dependent on Big O tires and they were absolutely fantastic. Didn't over promise but got it repaired quicker than they said and didn't charge us anything! I went ahead and got our windshield wipers replaced to give them some business. Highly recommend Big O tires in St George!

I went in because my skid plate was coming off and this was the closest place to my house. Cory answered all my questions and walked me through all the options. This is while all the phones were ringing and the whole place was busy as a bee... I really appreciated the time and efficiency. They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and I was out of there without having to pay anything because he said they didn't have to do much... Talk about honest and fair business places. 👏🏽 Good job guys. Keep up the good work. You earned yourself a new customer today.

The team at Big O Tires at this location were super nice and worked us in to get a tire repaired. They under-promised and over delivered with their service and exceeded expectations. They also set the tire at the appropriate psi, which the Lexus dealer didn’t do correctly. They may have saved us a potential incident with over-inflated tires. Highly recommend this team and location. 10 out of 10!!

Far from home with a bad tire and valve in plus 100 heat. The dudes on St. Bluff took care of everything, were professional, and were fun to joke with. Hands down, my best experience with a tire shop.

Fixed a flat, I see they didn’t balance afterwards. Now shakes violently over 60 mph. They also charged me to replace inner tie rods on another car after I just had them replaced 3 months earlier. Then has the gall to blame me for giving the go ahead, and it still drifts off into the ditch. That criminal scum Ty has no moral backbone.

What a refreshing and pleasant experience in these sad and difficult times when customer service and professionalism are almost extinct concepts. Every service I requested was preformed in a timely and completely professional manner at a fair and affordable price. A big Thank You to the mechanic that performed the work and to manager Lonnie Nelson for doing what he promised, when he promised and for the price he promised. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want but did do everything I asked them to do. I have not experienced customer service at this level in years and I will definitely be doing more business with this Big O location in the future! Thanks again for the great service!!!!!
