I usually take my infinite truck to the dealership to get my oil change so I went to big O for the first time since I’m new in town from Chicago, Big O not only change my oil they did all the things infinite wouldn’t do without charging me. Thank you for your professionalism and your courtesy.

I hit something on the road and needed a front end alignment. I called around and these guys had the best deal, plus they did a full synthetic oil change for a very reasonable price. The workmanship was great and they were very professional. I will definitely be using Big O in the future!

Couldn’t work in an oil change at my dealership . So I scheduled oil change with Big O and it was flawless. Friendly, fast and well done . Also replaced a cabin annd engine air filter ! My new go to for future oil changes / Thankyou

I was able to get right in and get car taken care of. They were very good at helping me by showing me all the different options I had. I do have to come in and have my tire computer thing reset because it says low tire pressure

We were from out of town when we had gotten a flat and it was late afternoon in Tucson. I found the the Big O Tire service center on Wilmot. They looked over the bad tire which was unrepairable then looked at our other tires and recommended that we replace them. They got the car into the bay and completed the work in less than an hour. They did a great job, we're very courteous and followed up when we got back the New Mexico.

Here’s my experience with this place—unfortunately, it’s a story of disappointment. I needed a same-day oil change on a Saturday and knew it might be a challenge without an appointment. When I called, I was quoted around $55 for a synthetic oil change (filters extra) and told it would take an hour and a half. I arrived, confirmed those details with the front desk, and clarified I was comfortable staying under $100. The rep offered a high-tier synthetic package with a $25 discount and said filters would add around $30, making the total roughly $100 with tax—a deal I was willing to accept. An hour later, I got a call saying my total would be $130 after declining additional brake services. I had budgeted carefully for this visit, and despite the discount, I was left with a price at the upper end of what you’d expect for a standard oil change. To top it off, I had to call four hours after drop-off to check if my car was ready—they hadn’t even called to let me know. When I picked up my car, the guy who initially helped me was busy elsewhere, so another employee finished the transaction. A quick thank you for the discount came my way, but it was hard to feel grateful after paying nearly $130 for what I expected to be closer to $100. Despite my low mileage, which could’ve been a reason to suggest a different service, I ended up with an unnecessary higher-end option. This place feels like it’s all about sales tactics over genuine customer service. Locally owned? Great, but when local businesses exploit community trust, it’s worse than a chain. I left feeling like a mark, not a valued customer. When I get my brakes serviced, it won’t be here. Oh, and attention to detail—like my name—is lacking too. I’m not ‘Dillian.’ If there’s a question, ask. As the cherry on top, I found my car unlocked and parked closest to the street in a not-so-secure area, a careless move that left a lasting impression. It’s disappointing when local businesses use high-pressure sales tactics and reroute feedback links to control ratings. If the customer service matched the sales energy, they wouldn’t need to engineer good reviews.

The most amazing customer service that I have yet to experience here at Big O Tires. Every single individual was behind friendly and respectful. This is by far the best big o tires location in my opinion from experience.
