Crooks- stay away!!! Took 2 wheels and tires to be mounted in the morning. They had the tires all day then called me 10 minutes before closing saying they were unable to get them mounted. Went the next morning and was given a 40$ bill. Very angry that they would treat a senior citizen on a limited income in this manner. I bet their mothers’ would be angry to hear how they ripped off an old lady. I will be sending this review to the corporate office so that they are aware how the staff at the west Valencia rd Tucson facility treats their customers. I will also be telling all friends and family to stay away from these thieves.

These guys are trash. Always attitudes and will not talk and treat you like trash. These guys need some attitude adjustment from management. Actually I spoke to him as well, Ernie Perez, team member abilities at best.

Dishonest. I came here for an alignment because my mechanic put in multiple new parts on the front end of my car but there has always been a clicking sound when i turn my wheel before and after the alignment. I went back for an assessment asking what the clicking sound is they told me possibly needed sway bar bushings and there was a leak in my rack and pinion and that I should have the leak fixed as soon as possible. Now out of all the new parts that my mechanic just put into the front end of my car he never mentioned there was a leak in my rack and pinion. I told the Big o tires guy to write it down and I'll have my mechanic look into it. Anyway my mechanic said the same thing he didn't see anything wrong with the rack and pinion. Check my parking spot there is absolutely no leak and the steering still has felt about the same since I bought the car. Update I found out it's my boot that's making the clicking sound in my car which is the reason I came and said " my car is making a clicking sound can you find out what it is?" Now why did big o tires told me it was my rack and pinion instead of why boot I don't know but you Would think if someone pays to find out what's wrong with a car they would tell the truth so you can pay them to fix or replace the actual thing that's about to break instead of something they want to charge you for

I just the love the smell of rubber in the morning hahaha!!! Had to stop by to get a tire patched but turned out more than just a crack heads glass stuck in the tire, it was actually falling apart. But no worries the homies helped me out with a good deal and boom back on the road baby!!! 5 star service

Took my Jeep for an alignment and I got charged $140 after taxes and they did not do it right. After I got home, I noticed that my tires were on an angle. I took it back and they said that they put it in the computer and that the computer showed that the tires were straight. You can see with the bare eye that they are angled but they did not want to touch it anymore. Waste of time and money. If they don't know how to align vehicles, don't offer the service or buy a new computer.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The guys working there always take their time to explain what adjustments they made to the car per what they replaced but talk to you before making any of the mentioned changes

This place is like the ghetto version of Big Brands Tires. Straight off the bat the customer service is pathetic. Ignored upon entrance. Then they make you feel like they're doing you a favor. Would not return nor recommend to anyone to come here. Save yourself the time, money, and displessure. Go to Big Brands Tires instead which I ended up doing. A little more for way better service.

I needed an oil change on my 2016, and it had to be done on Tuesday because I had appointments the rest of the week. After a short wait at the Tucson Marketplace location, it was done at the 50% sale price. I appreciate the professionalism and will come back.

The mechanics are knowledgable and explained in detail what my vehicle needed and provided alternative option to make a smart decision. The Manager volunteered a mechanic to take me to pick up a part on warranty at an auto parts store shows what great customer service they provide. In doing so, I saved over $500! Although the wait time has been longer than expected, it's an oversight I dont mind practicing, considering how impressive the great customer service they have provided me. Thank you Brake Max Crew! You Rock!

Was told an hour and hour and a half later my truck wasn't touched....only stayed cus I thought I could fit it in.....had to leave so asked for keys and left.. No apology. The service person did have nice gloves though...so bonus for that

Couldn't turn to the right so they recommended a tire alignment. Took it took it to these guys, got the alignmemt for 124$ and STILL could not turn right. We lifted her up and come to find that the rack in pinoin was messed up. So not only did i have to pay to REPLACE that but i have to pay ANOTHER 124$ for another alignment??? Naaaaa im good BTW Jack Ferrier down the road is charging 70$ for my alignment!!

Had to replace a tire due to location of puncture. They located the proper tire and had it there quick, changed out and balanced and back on the road fast....thanks guys great shop

I took my car in to get a diagnostic and my ac compressor replaced and they were gonna charge me $3000 thousand dollars!!! The receipt they gave said the compressor part alone was gonna cost $1000, I looked online and found out they only costs about $189 to $250 at most, obviously I canceled and just paid for the diagnostic. And if that isn’t bad enough my uncle is a mechanic in California and he said he could get the ac compressor used for about $89 dollars, and he said the labor would be a fraction of the cost. Sad that places like this give mechanics a bad name.

I'm on a budget and so I looked up cheap oil change and big o popped up. $18 and change so I went there thinking I was going to be paying roughly $25. Well the guy says to me that my car uses synthetic oil, my reply ok. Now if he'd mention to me that my $20 oil change has now become $75 I would of left. So with that said thanks to Lerch (only because that's what the dude reminds me of) no smile zero hospitality. So anyhow I learn the first service. Good luck to anyone else that decides to go there. Make sure you don't ASSUME as I did .

Really good service,first in first out. They repaired a tire that was fixed by another shop. They missed a bad valve stem. Price was fair and repaired quickly. I recommend them!

Staff goes out of their way to accommodate,fast service and extendable warrantees, they work with you on prices. I had two vehicles in and out in 2 hours time. It's hard to find the entrance, one way in and the same way out

Went this morning to fix a flat tire guy at front counter had no customer service at all refuse to help me with this issue saying I needed the original paperwork not to charge me. I told him I didn’t have paperwork said he needed it not to charge me ask if he can pull up my info said no they were a franchise but never offer to call and verify with Big O I bought tire from . Customer service in this location is the worst. I recommend Alvernon location os south Ave location they always treat you with respect not like the Valencia location.
