I am always skeptical of commercial locations as I have usually brought my car to the dealership for oil changes to ensure everything is taken care of. I made the mistake of visiting this location and have had an awful experience, with unnecessary stress that could have been avoided. One of the technicians did not properly close the splash guard beneath the vehicle and as I was on the freeway, not only did the door to the oil container drag, eventually tearing off, but it has also unhinged the rest of the shield which is now hanging. I called the store while on the freeway to let them know right away and the manager Danny told me that it must’ve been a rag dragging. When I brought my vehicle in for them to inspect, we were able to see the undercarriage damages and again the manager brushed it off, stating I don’t really need that piece. When I called corporate to make a complaint, Danny is now saying that part was already missing and dismissing my observation of something dragging from my vehicle (so loudly I thought I had a flat tire) and had no intention of owning their mistake. I would never give them my business again and will consider removing this review only if they own up to their poor quality of service and cover the costs of repairing the damaged splash shield.

I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They are very reliable and easy to book an appointment. I have been using this company to help my car for many years and every time, Big O Tires always gets the job done how I want it.

Very poor customer service, talking to employees while there is a line of customers waiting, overcharging customers They need to be professional and don’t make the customer wait two days for their car to be done when they told them it would be done that day. Just a overall bad experience and won’t be coming back

I always have a good experience coming to this location. Everyone’s always friendly and the prices are great. Benny was awesome today; he checked my cabin filter without me asking. I had no idea that had anything to due with my ac projecting poorly. I haven’t had it changed before, but now my ac actually works. Thanks guys!

The quality and service at this Big O location has been going down with each visit. Recently, I have had an oil change without my fluids topped off like stated, I only found out because when my windshield was dirty the day after, I use the wiper fluid and right away, my “low wiper fluid” light comes on. This isn’t a big deal as wiper fluid is cheap, but them lying about topping off my fluids makes me concerned about what else they are lying to me about…. Are they giving me a new oil filter each time? Are my tires actually being rotated?. Another time their cars machine was not working, so I had to drive back 4 hours later to pay and they just gave me a $5 discount….. thanks I guess, even though I spent more than that on gas to drive home and back to pay. Plus I went going to give them another chance, I make an appointment for 10 am for an oil change, my car wasn’t even moved from the parking lot until 11:30am. Why do I need to make an appointment if it clearly doesn’t matter? I make appointments so I can plan my day better and I am flexible, but 90 minutes past the time I scheduled is ridiculous. I like Big O, but drive across town to another one if you want good service.

Tire shopping sucks, The Gentleman at Big O made the experience much easier, I got a good set of tires for a fair price, and was installed in under 90min that included a oil change!!! Thanks Big O, I will be back.

Unprofessional. Irresponsible. Terrible customer service!! In town visiting my daughter and needed an oil change. Made a reservation on Monday for an oil change for Wednesday at 11. Arrived at 10:50 and said my name for an oil change at 11. He said no reservation was made, but he could fit me in. He said come back in two hours. I came back at 1:00 and asked about the status of my car. He said he's waiting for a rack to open up. He also said he'll get it in soon but could not promise a completion time. I took my keys and went to a reliable shop. Get the vibe when you drop off your car, Just look at the way they keep the shop. Messy, sloppy.and unorganized. Good indicator!!!

3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is just silly. Why even have an option on your website to wait on your car when it takes 3 hours to do a 30 minute task. Front desk guy is useless. “I’m in no rush” verbatim out of his mouth when asked what’s taking so long. Have had my oil changed here for years but today will be my last time.

EDIT: Called as they requested, told them I was not a customer as stated in my review. Explained the situation and was told that “mistakes happen”. And said he was sorry”. Well mistakes do happen, but deceit is intentional! And yes a mistake happened, it was going there in the first place. My mother in law went in to have her tires rotated and her oil changed. They told her the water pump on her car had a really bad leak, wanted $550.00 to change it. She called my husband and he told her to decline that he would look at it. It was NOT leaking. There was no evidence of ANY leak . There was not ever any spot on her garage floor! Yet you had her scared to even drive the car home. And don’t bother to tell me to contact you on the website. I already did over 2 weeks ago and never got any response!

I had an appointment for 11:00am, your basic oil change. Two and a half hours later my truck was still sitting in the parking lot with no indication that anybody cared whether I got an oil change that day or next week sometime. I won't be back.

Totally unprofessional. Do not recommend! I had been a regular customer over several years but their customer service has absolutely plummeted. I took my car in for AC service and they didn't have a tech that could fully diagnose it and I made an appointment for another day. Fair enough. I made a morning appointment and heard nothing for several hours. No one answers the phone. I physically went there and was told that they were just about to get to it. Incidentally the manager was in a screaming match with another customer. I returned several hours later before closing and they still didn't touch it. Didn't call me, no one answered the phone. I asked for my keys back and they have lost a once loyal customer forever.

This place was fantastic. My tire came off the rim, and I don't live local so I was really in a tough spot. The Big O treated me like a long time customer and got me back up and running in no time. Awesome service. Thank you very much!
